Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe curtains on the room, that separated the living room in the suite were too shear, not providing any privacy from my family sleeping in the front room. We just had to take longer to get ready as the only space for privacy was restroom.
The room fit our family needs- space, accessibility, quiet sleep. It was a convenient location to see Atlanta, everything within 20 min drive. We would stay again when we visit Atlanta in the future.

We didn't realize this was the same hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon 19 years ago, because it used to be a Doubletree. It has been updated quite a bit, but the rooms were almost the same! Good breakfast.

United StatesThe part that I didn't like was I booked a spa tub room the tub was old,rusty, the panels were coming off the side of the tub,it was dirty so I never got a chance to actually use the tub. The front desk staff did offer me a antibacterial wipe but the tub needed to be deep cleaned. I will stay at this location again I just will never book another spa room it's not being cleaned property The tub at least.
This is my second visit to this hotel it's always exceptionally clean. The location is convenient as well.

United StatesWe were trying to check out but upon checking out we were stuck on the 2nd floor for about 30-45 minutes due to the elevators not working with all our bags and my 5 month old baby and then the door knob on the stairs was broke so we couldn’t use the stairs and then they tried to put us on the service elevator and it still took another 20-25 minutes for that. So when I bought it to the clerks attention about how long we waited she had an attitude instead of apologizing and finding a solution. I’ve stayed at this hotel over 5 times spent hundreds of dollars and never got this treatment I won’t be back.
