You can tell house keeping doesn’t 100% clean their rooms. Found toenail in bed with some stains on bedding as well

There were a few places where they hadn't checked to clean (sliding door to bathroom had makeup fingerprints on it).

We didn't realize this was the same hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon 19 years ago, because it used to be a Doubletree. It has been updated quite a bit, but the rooms were almost the same! Good breakfast.

Staff was rude some front desk employees. Rooms had no trash liners, they only gave up to washcloths and two towels. Then of course you had to talk to front desk employees about getting more. Don't get me wrong I love air, but it was to cold, then u couldn't adjust temperature.

The part that I didn't like was I booked a spa tub room the tub was old,rusty, the panels were coming off the side of the tub,it was dirty so I never got a chance to actually use the tub. The front desk staff did offer me a antibacterial wipe but the tub needed to be deep cleaned. I will stay at this location again I just will never book another spa room it's not being cleaned property The tub at least.

This is my second visit to this hotel it's always exceptionally clean. The location is convenient as well.

We were trying to check out but upon checking out we were stuck on the 2nd floor for about 30-45 minutes due to the elevators not working with all our bags and my 5 month old baby and then the door knob on the stairs was broke so we couldn’t use the stairs and then they tried to put us on the service elevator and it still took another 20-25 minutes for that. So when I bought it to the clerks attention about how long we waited she had an attitude instead of apologizing and finding a solution. I’ve stayed at this hotel over 5 times spent hundreds of dollars and never got this treatment I won’t be back.

The weather was great. I wish the swimming pool area was accessible. It would be nice to make clearer when the pool is close and open.

The WiFi did not work and we made sure to book a hotel with a pool and it was not even open. When I booked it did not say the pool was closed and it was advertised online.

There were only one elevator that was working, and when we were leaving people got stuck on the elevator. We were on the 6th floor, and had to take my brother and his wheel chair down all of those flights of steps.. only a little set back.
