Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaSome fixtures in the room need a bit of attention such as the cord for the blinds and the bathroom doors that don’t glide as easily. Room temperature control required for me to text the concierge to do it remotely. The duvet cover needs to be replaced as it had some holes on the side. But everything was clean.
Location- clean and lots of space. Modern but still contemporary. I liked the little coffee shop at the entrance and that’s it’s walking distance to the public transit - and easy access to main sites in SFO

United StatesIRMA AGUILAR My brother and his gf got to the property maybe 30 minutes ahead of the rest of our family and attempted to check in with Irma. As I explained above, there was a system glitch with the system so it showed his room as cancelled. Instead of trying to help them with the reservation ir even offering to book them another room (they weren’t even close to being sold out for rooms) Irma decided she wasn’t going to help them at all. She told them there was NOTHING SHE COULD DO and brushed them off completely. The property really needs to reconsider who they make the “face” of their property. Irma is the worst property representative I’ve experienced. She also kept her name tag down and away so you could not see it and didn’t want to provide her information when asked for it. I can i kg assume with that kind of attitude she does this to more customers besides us. Luckily her coworker Mr. ABDULLAH Q saved the day with his exceptional service and that’s the only reason I’m rating the property the way I am. If you go and she’s the best rep available to help, avoid her or ask for someone in management to assist while she “looks” for your reservation.
Abdullah Q is THE man and completely salvaged this trip for us. We stay at this property EVERY year for SF CARNAVAL. I always book our rooms like a year in advance. This year (maybe a month or 2 before we were due at the property) I had to change the length of stay for my brother and parents. Booking/Hilton had a system glitch and even though it showed our reservation for 3 rooms was active in the app, the property only showed the cancellation for the 3rd room when we arrived. He helped us out, fixed everything in the system and got my brother into a room no problem. Exceptional customer service, thank you Abdullah Q!

The hotel was nice, I'm glad they had convenient parking as well. I requested a microwave for our room and was quickly brought one. The hostess that checked me in was very thorough as well, it was a good stay.

It would have been nice to have an online check-in process. (If there was one it was not advertised or made well known. I also would have liked to see more dining options.
