The bed. The bed was very hard. When I asked to change rooms to possibly get a more comfortable bed I was told all the beds were the same make and model just different size. I was there 6 nights of terrible sleep.

Hotel was spacious. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Housekeeping was taking out trash and changing out towels daily which was very nice.

Two things I didn't like. The AC didn't work half the time. And the breakfast buffet was expensive with basic options. For that price, more options would have been better. But the service of the staff and quality of products made up for it

I can’t list anything that I hated about the room except for the staff was a little weird about the information for the hotel while I was checking in, didn’t give too much detail.

Room lighting was dim and needs to be improved. Toilet had sluggish flush. Very loud traffic noise and continuous HVAC power system noise combined to recreate a significant challenge to obtain a full, restful night’s sleep. After the first night’s sleep, the bed sheets left a musty odor on my skin and sleepwear.

Very nice variety of fresh fruit, juice, coffee, tea and other beverages, pastries and other items.

Our room was on the backside, nearest the freeway, so there was the constant noise of cars all the time.

Very conveniently located off the freeway. Spacious room and comfortable bed. The delicious welcoming cookie😊

Shower had rusty sections around the hand rails, bed was a little uncomfortable and there were holes in the room darkening shades. Also, there was a gap under the shower door that allowed water to run out so I had to mop up after every shower. Maintenance attempted to fix it but it really needed to be worked on after we left and before any other customers rented the room.

The front desk staff and cleaning staff were fantastic. Great location.

This property was centrally located in the Tempe Mesa area close to restaurants and shopping. On site Starbucks and restaurant with a very nice breakfast. Room was very clean. Pool and hot tub were great.

I didn't like the fact Booking.Com did NOT have our reservation passed on to to hotel.......it was in cyber space, and had to wait for 2 hours, when finally the hotel staff booked us in.....

Freeway noise at night was brutal. The view would have been a nice one but the windows were so dirty you almost couldn’t see out of them. Mattresses were really uncomfortable. Combined with the freeway noise I did not get much sleep. I woke up sore from the mattress and I’m a very heavy sleeper usually. Several items in the room needed repairs, for example the glass shower door felt and sounded like it was going to fall off, the bathroom door handle was coming off, bathroom cabinet facing was about to fall off. The toilet had urine on the seat when we arrived.

The location was central and easy to find. Spacious rooms. Fun pool and jacuzzi and fun atmosphere with the indoor atrium with bar and seating downstairs.

Offering free breakfast, a microwave in the room, and having sheets changed without having to request it would be nice.

The comfort and size of the room was nice. Also had good selection television. The shower was great and plenty of towels.

Had to call the front desk to ask for a do not disturb sign and toilet paper. Wished the hotel staff had done more to quiet down a rowdy group in the common area during the morning hours of one of the days I was there.

Great location right off the highway. Spacious room and very comfortable bed.
