security deposit was over pricey and hotel staff couldn't quite seem to return it after checkout. Lights in hotel bathroom went out second night down there. Management didn't fix issue until third and final night there.

The rooms were nice and pretty clean, although the shower could've done with a better scrub. The deposit was returned within couple of hours as well, which is a bonus.

Had to pay extra for parking Not allowed to walk to stadium, even though is less than a mile, you have to pay for shuttle or Uber Bar and restaurant wasn’t open until 4pm, nothing else within walking distance either Bar and restaurant wasn’t open after 10pm (when the concert ended)

Seemed very old and rusty . When we checked in and did our routine bed search we found dirty socks underneath one of the mattress. The staff was very nonchalant about the findings.

The security deposit was $300. Nothing in that room that we could’ve broken was worth $300. That’s wayyy too much money to hold from people on vacation. I’m not sure if our air wasn’t working but it was very humid in our room

It was hot the AC SEEMED to not work it never got below 72° in the room and even the lobby was hot we ended up buying a Fan to use in the room to sleep comfortably

The property rooms were very outdated. The toilet seat in our room was peeling off. The faucet in the bathroom sink was falling off and the AC did not work.

The air conditioning in the room was barely working. After numerous calls to the front desk no one came to check on the situation with it. No mini refrigerator in the room which was a major disappointment. After paying so much for a 2 night stay, they wanted us to pay for breakfast which i thought was ridiculous.

AC units weren't functioning properly. 2nd time there and there were malfunctions in the building. Broken elevators during a very busy stay period last time. They could run the vac a little bit further under the bed and scrub the shower walls ...had scum build up.

There was a front desk employee that was rude to several customers in front of me. There was a long wait to check in. Once I got to the front, I had prepaid already, but the employee tried to have me pay again even after I said I paid online.. she didn’t believe me. This was until another member showed her that I did in fact pay already. She gave me my keys, I went to the room after the 20 min wait downstairs, only to find that she didn’t do the keys correctly; so they didn’t open the door. So, we had to go back down to have her redo the keys she wasn’t super friendly about that either. Also….. the Internet was horrible. I originally opted for free internet, but wanted/needed to upgrade the plan due to needing internet for work… the front desk didn’t know how I was able to do so and Apparently this is a Hilton Hotels issue at ALL locations…!!!. Even calling the helpline did nothing for me so I was stuck with not a fast enough Internet connection which is horrible due to me needing it for work! That alone would make me not stay here again even though I’ve stayed at this Hilton 3 times already.

Didn’t eat at the restaurant, but did get Starbucks. Everything was fine there with nice staff members. The rooms are always nice and clean though.

The front staff was disrespectful. Everytime I would ask a question they dismissed it as my issue because I used a third party vendor. There were issues reported about the room and they were never addressed

The housekeeping staff was wonderful. The room was well done and they were not intrusive

In the middle of a heat wave, and the hotel had issues each day with the control of the air conditioning. The lobby, restaurants, elevator, hallways, and other areas were poorly maintained with air supply. Not to mention the rooms were only semi-cool. The temp in our room was at 71 degrees and the air was blowing all day. We did not encounter this issue the year before.

TV was not a SmartTV and the controller battery died. I believe there was a fire alarm that went off but it was so low and when I tried calling the front desk, no one picked up.

The rooms need a little maintenance. The usb ports on the end table and on the tv stand didn’t work. The phone receiver also didn’t work. And no fans in the bathroom.

I like the location it was close to the MetLife stadium where we were going. Restaurant was great!
