Complex was well laid out and pool areas were very spacious. Access to Vinelands Mall was very convenient. Pool stayed open until very late.

Didn’t like how parking was set up if I’m at villa 6 I might have to park further and call for ride that is kinda frustrating not having your vehicle by ur villa

Hair dryer sparked when turned on. Replacement was dirty Electric plugs defective. After a hor waiting took dryer to front counter to get working dryer. Very unhappy..

Housekeeping was sporadic and late in the day, anywhere between 4pm-7pm, which meant either leaving the room so they could clean or not having the room serviced as it would interrupt mealtimes/showers etc.

The one bed accommodation is fairly comfortable and well equipped. The facilities on site are OK with a choice of food and beverage options. There are two swimming pools located at each end of the resort, however, the bar at the pool located at the far end of the resort was not open often. Shade from the sun can be a problem as umbrellas were limited and during busier times, were all taken. The location of the resort is great, it is fairly central to all parks and other attractions so only a short drive to anywhere you may want to visit.

Noisy, if not very noisy by the pool until 11pm daily. Should have a minimum starting kit for food with salt pepper and a towel. Had that in hotel near by in the past and it is super helpful. Even if it is something you pay but would avoid wasting large quantities

The refrigerator froze our items no matter what setting it was on. Not a huge deal. We forgot to report that.

The single room size is perfect for 2. Bathroom is good size. We love the kitchenette. Bed was comfortable and didn't hear noise at night. I was at the Fresco early in morning for my coffee, and the staff are smiling and so nice.

The room was a decent size but we got stuck next to a vending machine, laundry room and some vent duct as well as the door to the stairs exit so it was not as quiet as we would’ve hoped.

The resort is great. Staff are friendly. If you enjoy a leisurely stroll or jog, you can do that around the resort. The pool area and bar by the pool were ideal in terms of relaxing & grabbing a quick drink. It’s an ideal location, easy walk to the outlets and short drive to a lot of the Orlando activities.

The palm trees leaves in front of the rooms on the corner takes away from the view of the entire property and just the visual in general when sitting on the balcony and up high

It was a very beautiful property,room was comfy and great size,and the jacuzzi made for a very romantic night!
