Staff was nice, room was clean, location was amazing, and as the hotel does not have a casino, it was not packed and there was no line to check in and check out. Definitely I'll stay there next time I'm in Vegas.

Lift broke at one point, but it was fixed pretty promptly. It's just that the staircase was a furnace and we were on the 7th floor lol!

Location couldn't have been better, literally step outside and the High Roller and Sphere are on the doorstep. Room was massive and well laid out. Had all the amenities you could need, including water. The music from the pool party isn't as loud as people are complaining about in the reviews, and it's finished for like 5 or 6pm, well before you are going to bed!!

Great mid-week get away - Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area (first timers in Vegas) and location was perfect for easy access to all things on the strip.

There is no restaurant at the property they have a store but it closes at 3 every day not convenient.

The staff was great easy check in and out. The room was clean and comfortable.

Flamingos pool party is quite loud in the mornings (from 10am-6pm) and makes it hard to sleep in. We were on the first floor though so possibly less nosey on higher floors.

Check out is 10:00 a.m. It may be stated somewhere in writing but I was not verbally told this until there was a knock on my room door in the morning. Parking is a hassle. It is across a busy street from the hotel.

Brilliant location, at the back of the flamingo. Excellent apartment with all you need for a comfortable stay. Massive bed, ice cold fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The hotel has a nice lobby area and small pool.

It had a funky smell in the hall way but the room was great.

Loved that the parking was free just across the street that’s better than nothing! Supper close the flamingo casino the room was AMAZING. Supper big for just the 2 of us!

Whilst at your pool, it was possible to smell the garbage from the Flamingo next door. Perhaps in the summer this is worse?

The inclusion of a kitchen in the room, this is why you were chosen over many other promotions. We'd have a preference for a larger kitchen counter top though.

My only complaint was the pillows. They were extremely uncomfortable.

I loved that each room had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. They are bigger rooms than typical hotels. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Location was great.

We got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite and it was super comfy! Large large apartment-like space with in-room washer/dryer. They warned us that since the hotel is close to the Flamingo pool, we would hear music from there during the day but it was so minimal that I could barely hear it (maybe it's not party days). The hotel is right behind Flamingo Hotel so it's a short walk to the Strip and the monorail station is right next to the hotel entrance. Very convenience. If you are going to Vegas but don't want to stay in a casino hotel with smoke everywhere, this is a place for you.

The furniture in the living area was not very comfortable and you do hear music from the pool party below. Not really a problem, but something to be aware of.
