We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We traveled to this hotel for the purpose of viewing the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. The hotel made the occasion extremely enjoyable for eclipse viewing guests. They provided T-shirts and special events for us. All of the personnel we came in contact with were wonderful people. The general manager especially was great and helped us out quite a bit. We loved that the hotel provided free bottles of water to us as needed.

United StatesJust one thing. It’s located directly next to interstate 81, which is usually fine but our room was on the road side and the traffic noise was very loud. I will go to this hotel again, literally everything else was wonderful, but I will request a room on the other side of the building.
The employees are sooooo friendly and accommodating, service in both hotel and restaurant was excellent

United StatesThe wait staff at breakfast was a little disorganized. The meal was good. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable.
The staff was very accommodating, the room very clean and I liked the ear plugs provided in room. It's not that its a very loud hotel, but I am a light sleeper and I even use them at home. It was a considerate touch. We were there for a funeral and had a large family group on hand and the bartenders in the evening were put to the test and performed well under pressure.

CanadaOne of the elevators was out of service which was mostly okay, but it was a bit busy on Sunday morning for just one elevator.
The staff was great (all of them - front desk, restaurant, housekeeping), the location was amazing, and the restaurant breakfast was really good and convenient. I'm also a pretty light sleeper so I was worried about having a room so close to the elevators, but I didn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. Parking was also great. I don't normally stay at the Hilton chain of hotels, but a colleague recommended this hotel for staying in Watertown and I'm glad that I took her advice.

United StatesThe room could have been cleaned a little better, the floor needed vacuuming, and the stand and headboard could have used a good wipe down, pretty dusty and greasy. They also need to dust, there were cobwebs in the corners of the room. The beds were also pretty hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, pretty expensive for the quality and the small proportions. But I wouldn't say I would never stay again because regardless of those faults I still enjoyed myself.
I enjoyed the hotel, it was beautiful and elegant. Our personal jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing. Staff were so friendly.

United StatesThe pool and spa was not accessible due to the large crowds of families occupying it at all times. I feel like reservations for that area would allow more guests the chance to enjoy it. Also, whatever they used to clean the furniture in our room, left a very oily and greasy residue that we had to wipe down with dry washcloths to get rid off.
Our accommodations were exactly as described. Room was clean and comfortable.
