I had to ask twice for service to my room. I didn't expect sheets and towels to be changed everyday but if I ask for trash cans to be emptied I expect that it would be taken care of. Breakfast is a little expensive for what was on the buffet. Should be expanded with more selections.

The bar was not open. It was raining and we were hoping to relax in the bar area. We were told that the employee was in New Jersey. Do they not have other employees? We were offered to purchase a beer from the shop but declined. We had to put on our TV low to fall asleep because we could hear our neighbors talking. The fan on the room heat was going on and off all night. The kcup choices were not great. Glad we brought our own. The sheets were extremely thin. There was only a comforter and sheet. I do not use the comforter because I am doubtful that it gets laundered each time. A light blanket on the bed would have been nice.

Very clean room and property. The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great shower set up. Towels were substantial!

Please replace the TVs with Smart TVs. Guests should be able to easily stream from their phones to the TV. It's weird going to a hotel in the year 2024 that doesn't have Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc. on the room television.

The hotel staff was nice and professional however the Bartender/Server was rude and preoccupied with "Locals" I understand supply and demand but we paid over twice what we have been paying for the same room.

Three times cleaning staff knocked on the door, even though we had the "Do Not Disturb" message on the doorknob, as well as the front desk saying that housekeeping would not come unless we called the front desk. Also, please at some point switch out the televisions to Smart TVs. Hated that we couldn't watch Netflix or stream from our phones/devices.

The restaurant could have been open- they would have made a lot of money- there were 3 weddings there- hungry people late night! The pool was closed- that was a huge bummer-as I love to swim and use the hot tub when I go to hotels.

Front desk attendants were rude and unfriendly. We stayed there for 3 days and room was not cleaned daily. I was told they need 24 hours prior notice to clean the room. They did allow me to change my room though. Swimming pools are small.

Breakfast was good but it was not included in my room charge. Breakfast attendants were nice and polite.

Front desk day clerk we had could put a smile on her face. Also she failed to tell me you needed to request your room to be cleaned 24 hours in advance. We had to request from housekeeping additional toilet paper, soap, towels etc. and after 5 o'clock you have to go to front desk to get them yourself because housekeeping is gone for the day. There should be signs in the rooms advising of 24 hour notice to clean rooms. Three night stay we had wet towels piled on floor and nothing else cleaned. That was a disappointment. Hotel was very busy for the weekend and outside maintenance could be better to pick up trash. There was the same bottle of soda in the parking area all weekend.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Reasonably priced and tasted very good. Waiter and waitress very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and nice size. We would stay again.

Although we requested connected rooms or rooms on the same floor at the time of booking through booking.com the rooms were on two separate floors. At the reception they claimed that the reason for that was booking through a third party. We booked the rooms long before and in our opinion the place could have tried harder to meet our request.

Price for continental breakfast for cold foods. And had an issue at the pool with another group letting about a dozen people in the pool door and then them undressing in front of our teenage children . The hotel comped our room down but still people can be so ignorant. The hotel didn't do anything about the we group though.

The young lady who we checked in with was obviously new to the task or filling in on short notice. She was not very user friendly (perhaps feeling the pressure or having a bad day). Once the obviously regular staff appeared the next morning, their demeanor and interaction was quite good, friendly and up to Hilton standards.
