I did not like the long walk to the elevator as a compromised client. My walking was limited. Also, it did not appear there was enough help. There was only one person at the front desk. I called with a request and the person who answered the phone told I had to retrieve what I needed because she was the only one there. Even earlier there was a line at the desk because there was only one person on duty.

Parking was horrible you need to pay for parking ,we needed to park in the parking garage for the adjacent hotel which I guess is a sister to the garden ,the shower water couldn't get enough hot water,curtain would not stay closed ,plug kept closing during your shower,and you couldn't shut the water off all the way it continued to drip.you also need to pay for breakfast no free breakfast. This was the second time that they couldn't find my reservation with booking . Both times they said we'll booking isn't the best.

The AC was wonderful . It was very Hot in Savannah and our AC worked great, location is great lots of restaurants right across the street. Nice coffee machine in room .

I wasn’t crazy about the WiFi connectivity on my floor. At one point it didn’t recognize my name or room number to allow for connection. Consider not charging extra for faster (stronger) internet to allow guests to stream their own movies on their devices or to use their laptops. Though it was a leisure trip, I was working on my computer and the connectivity impacted my ability to work effectively. 🙁

The hotel and property was great. However when I booked thru booking, I am certain that I chose the Hilton property closer to the river/ walking distance. The location was not what I choose.

That we weren't recognized as Hilton Honors members at check-in. She didn't notice till we checked out. Wifi never worked. The restaurant and bar area were never open unless for a paid breakfast. Everywhere else is free especially when you still serve yourself! The only dog area was by a busy street.

There was an extra fee that they said was for incidentals. I never had it refunded to me. I also watched 2 different people walk up to the front desk and let them know they were out of toilet paper in the women's restroom (there was a convention going on so maybe it was used more than they were used to.) There were 3 people behind the front desk and I never saw anyone get a phone call or called on the radio. Nobody needed help at the front desk and neither of the 3 carried toilet paper to the restroom. They just chuckled about a comment that was made under their breath.

It was easy to find and the breakfast had a great selection. For the price of the room, I'm glad they decided not to charge for breakfast.
