We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Statesour room had a musty smell to it. nothing that couldn’t be minimized by some body spray but nonetheless it shouldn’t have been there. also, our bathroom had some black mold around the shower and ceiling above the door. we were only there over night so not enough to make a huge deal about BUT needs to be addressed.
the property was nice. well kept and clean. and the employees were pleasant and helpful. it’s in a great location across from looks like a water park. there are lots of restaurants nearby and shopping less than 10 mins away.

Front desk women in morning was not apologetic or sympathetic to the situation. Too warm to sleep.never got under covers. Was told maintenance person not there on weekends.
