Breakfast items were less. Rooms were small. Taken extra money deposit during entry, but didn’t get back during exit immediately.

I thought they had regular shuttles by Hilton hop-on at the LAX. It turned out that you have to call the hotel and they have a separate van to pick you up. You will not get a shuttle to the hotel if you don't know. This is a temporary issue but they are under renovation. Covered with plastics and improvised breakfast room - that was okay.

Safety issue. In the bathroom where the toilet and shower are located the switch is on the outside of the room. It is a motion sensor light. Several times during a shower and usitthe toilet the light goes off and it’s completely dark. You either have to yell for a family member to turn the light switch back on or reach out the door dripping wet from the shower to reach the switch. It could be a safety hazard in so many ways

The furnishings appear dated and worn. We witnessed water wear and tear in the bathroom wallpaper. The carpets throughout the hotel carried a smell.

The staff is friendly and professional. The location is ideal. Very close to the airport. The hotel was well furnished and the parking was ample. The breakfast was filled with a variety of options.

I sent them about 3 or 4 messages prior my stay to ask about the shuttle service that they advertise to be included. They never answered to any of my emails and so I had to take a taxi. Also when getting there staff was not welcoming at all and when doing check out either. They did not even say hi.

Staff were careless. I arrived after a 17 hour flight just to be told by the young woman at the front desk that they didn't have my reservation through booking.com. Despite no one else being there, she told me to step aside and wait some time. She didn't do anything but talk to his colleagues. After 5 minutes, I asked what I could do, because I was really tired. She went ahead and checked just to tell me that there was a booking under an 'M" name. which had nothing to do with her previous answer as she hadn't even asked my name.

A bit tired. Windows didn’t completely close so cold & traffic noise was significant. Per fee of $75 for one night is outrageous. I did not see it disclosed on the site when I made the reservation. A typical fee is $25 which is still more than seems reasonable but $75 isn’t at all reasonable.

Rooms is old and outdated. side chair head rest is ruined. Breakfast was basic unlike other Hilton GARDEN Inn properties. First of all we were kind of embarrassed when we came to have breakfast. The guard by the breakfast area asked us to pay for the food when we had already paid online. It had to take the Desk Manager's intervention. Wife lost appetite after that that we had to leave. I do not think I will stay here again.

Very difficult to organize shuttle bus. No Info that pick up needs to be organized by phone upfront. Rooms are quite dated.

The hotel is old, and the room furniture had a weird smell. There were ants coming out of the bathroom. The illumination in the room is weak. No free WiFi (this is an essential feature in 2023)

I was overcharged. When I mentioned this to the front office after my first night they promised this would be corrected. However, at check-out the amount was still not correct and initially they refused to correct it. It took quit some debating before it was finally (almost) in line with the amount confirmed by booking.com. The room and bathroom were pretty dated. One has to make a phone call to be picked up from LAX,. When I first called no one picked up the phone and I had to leave a message. which was confusing and causing delay between arriving at LAX and getting to the hotel. Breakfast is the same every day and quickly gets boring. No housekeeping during my 4 nights stay.

Close to LAX and right next to a metro station, yet quiet. Spacious room and bathroom. Airport shuttle available. Breakfast included.

Room very noise, impossible to sleep. There was an external vent, in front of the room, up the entire night. Room dusty. $20 for the parking is crazy.

Parking was a porblem. No real system for reservations and everybody could buy parking even if there were no space. Got lucky in the end, but there should be a better way of organizing this.

Definitely needs a bit of an upgrade, carpets over stretched and look very worn, just needs a spruce up but we thought it was good value for money and staff were lovely. Didn't realise you have to call for the airport shuttle and it doesn't just drive around so waited a long time until we worked that out!

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and bathroom as expected. Beds were a little soft. Jacuzzi and pool were also great. Breakfast was good once you realise what's included and not included in room rate! They held our luggage for the day (before a late flight) while we took a quick uber ride to El Segundo and Hermosa beach for the day which was really fun.

Room air-conditioning was very smelly in room 206. Child pair of childs socks found in room. Not ours. On entering the room bed looked like someone had been lying on it. Check in was interrupted several times. Staff moral on Wednesday 5th was terrible. Staff Appeared tired and short. Ordered Dinner. Burger cold n burnt. Alfredo's with chicken. Chicken was burnt. Chips or fries were dry and overcooked. Very disappointing. For $220US $. It ended up in the bin/ trash can. Industrial area trucks started reversing at 5am in the morning. Hotel right next door to train station, NOT good if you are a light sleeper. WiFi was terrible. Staff on 6th July let us stay in pool area until free shuttle took us to the Airport at 5pm, it was a lovely change to all our other experiences as our flight was not until 9:30pm. Unfortunately noise wise we would not stay again.
