We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRooms could use a major update, certainly not what I expected and paid for from a Hilton property. Certain parts of the hotel like carpeting on stairways going from floor to floor were worn and had rips in them on the steps.
View from room was good. Hotel grounds were nice. Complimentary coffee in the mornings in the lobby. Breakfast was available but not included in the room price.

United StatesThe soundproofing could use improvement--you can hear adjoining room toilet flushing like it's in your own room and noisy kids down below. On Booking, it said there was free parking--there is not, it is $25 a day. We ate dinner at Mamahunes and holy resort fees Batman-we ordered two sets of tacos and one drink. It should have cost us about $55 before tip--we got a bill for $80.
The room had great views, was very clean. The main lobby is lovely and easy access to the beach. There are resort activities included in your resort fee, but really only applies if you stay multiple days.

The room was spacious and we got an ocean room so that was nice to wake up to sunrise. There's a beach a walk away which I enjoyed and a bar onsite. Pool and jacuzzi were nice and I'd say this hotel was in the middle of Kauai making it the perfect place to stay and enjoy both sides! Beds were comfy and I slept fine, room service towels and everything else were great! Breakfast on site was also good!

United StatesThe towel card trade in situation was inconvenient and reminded me I chose the budget friendly stay. The rooms and floors are wall to wall carpet and smell of mildew. The water did not work for at least 40 mins one day. The parking lot is full of very large and treacherous potholes. Most of the jets in the Jacuzzi do not work. This wasn't my best hotel experience but not the worst. It's a solid C.

FinlandCar is definitely needed to get to Kapaa where restauranta and shops are. Busy road. There is an empty plot opposite to the resort which comes with a strange smell. The receptionists could have been a bit more friendly.

United StatesThere was no parking for my unit because there were so many guests in nearby units they took my spot in front of my unit plus took the handicap,too. In the morning, the kitchenette was covered with thousands of ants everywhere! I couldn't wait to leave, yuck.

United StatesI didn’t like that the site provided false advertisement. I intended for the trip to be an all-inclusive trip. Also, we requested a two bedroom and only received one. We were told we would receive one Mai Thai drink with dinner every evening and that didn’t happen.
I liked the amenities, location near the beach, and accommodating for people with disabilities. The bar & restaurants were good. All of the staff was very pleasant.
