Old, lifts too ages to come, not easy to contact staff, and I left behind an item and haven’t been able to contact the hotel to retrieve it. Also was told on check out that my stay wouldn’t count towards my Hilton Honors points, which was disappointing as I asked on checking in and was time differently.

The elevators are not sufficient for the volume of rooms and guests. We can easily spend 15-20 minutes to get an elevator depending on the time.

The facilities are quite old and worn out The carpet had holes in it, the furniture was missing pieces, and the USB charger didn't work at all. But the worst were the elevators, since they kept breaking down, resulting in 15+ minutes waiting time even outside of peak hours

Obviously the location of this place is crucial. Also the staff was very nice and did their best.

I did not like the attentivenes of the front desk when I asked for help (scissors) to fix my dress I needed to call multiple times and I finally went downstairs to get scissors. They were not organised and not interested to go above and beyond to support their gues’s needs. Elevators are extemly slow, too.

I didn’t like on leaving my luggage for storage that it was left unmanned while people were walking by. I didn’t feel comfortable walking away until I knew it had been stored away. The staff were lovely even though they didn’t understand my concerns.

The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and being positioned close to the bed did not aid restful sleep. We couldn't find out how to turn it off as no instructions were available. The coffee machine in our room was broken, twice we asked for it to be fixed and they said they would but nothing happened. The lifts were terrible and two days out of the three we were there one wasn't working which made the situation worse. Breakfast didn't start until 7 which meant on our last day we couldn't have breakfast, even though we had paid for it, as we had to leave the hotel at 6.45. We have stayed in many Hilton Hotels around the world this one was the worst by far.

A good location with easy access to a number of tourist sights. Breakfast was good if a little repetitive.

Only 2 elevators were working. It took 20 minutes to get to my room upon arrival because of slow and full elevators. I waited 10 minutes for an elevator to reach my floor when I went out later. Plus one elevator smelled like roach spray. The shower spray was so far above my head, I found it hard to get clean. Would only stay here again on sale price.

Location was ideal for why I was in New York.

Unfortunately, the cleaning staff was substandard. After two missed cleaning days, they barged in unsolicited at 7 p.m. asking if we needed towels???

Elevator delays were annoying but manageable - because it was shared with hotel staff it was continuously stopping, sometimes taking 10 minutes to arrive and then even longer to get down to level 1. You just need to be ready/ organised to wait so it doesn't impact your plans.

Limited elevator capacity leading to long wait times, 2 queen bedroom had little storage space, airco was not very efficient. Associated bar/restaurant was very expensive.

The room was very tight and the carpets appeared very old and wasn’t vacuumed when the rooms were cleaned.

Great location, easy walkable neighborhood, walkable access to restaurants and attractions, friendly staff, cleaning the rooms was very flexible time wise which was good for us.
