Very unsafe handicap bathroom facilities. Don’t recommend if you have mobility/balance issues as you have to step into a regular tub and then use a shower chair that causes the water to spray out onto the floor. Serious fall risk as you ever out of the shower.

The staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond for us. From interactions with my big kiddos having midnight munchies. They were able to access the front desk pantry and all. We had a wonderful secure stay and the price was just right. After returning home, we realized my husband left his ID behind and team member Jessi tracked it down. She will be mailing it back to Texas. Thank you so very much Jessi! You are truly are a lifesaver and a gem. We will definitely be back in the next month or 2.

After we checked in i seen all these dogs. Did not know it was a pet friendly hotel. nothing against pets but I don't want to have a room that has had dogs in it. Early morning at 6 there were dogs barking in the hall. would prefer the dogs not be in the place that I am staying. But at least they all had leashes on them. we always stay at the Hilton but will ask next time before I book a stay.

was supposed to have a complimentary breakfast and that was not the case but didn't mind that its just you should not advertise a free breakfast if you aren't going to offer it.

Latrisha agreed to refund the cost of one night that was charged due to a dispute between her and Booking.com. But it didn't get refunded to my account. When I called a couple of weeks later she said she would have the new front desk manager return my call after filling him in but he never called. I originally booked the room for two nights through booking.com but realized three days prior to check-in that I would only need it for one night. I messaged the hotel through booking.com and received two different emails saying the reservation had been modified. Latrisha claimed booking.com never contacted the hotel. I called booking.com who then called and spoke with Latrisha. She said she would refund the charge so I went ahead and stayed there for the night I had scheduled. But the refund was never made. I usually like Hilton properties but will most likely not be staying at another one based on this experience.

Everything was great.

The hotel had a lot of places of to eat around them. The rooms were just like the pictures on booking.com. The employees were nice. The beds were super comfy.

Near the Tesla chargers. Also check-in was super fast…very helpful after a long drive with cranky kids in tow.

I have never been charged for a continental breakfast ever before. $7 for a bowl of stale Lucky Charms and a glass of milk. Breakfast off the grill was moderately better. Worst fried potatoes ever. The toast was done on the grill and tasted like everything that had been previously cooked on it. Evidently they don’t even have a toaster in the kitchen. Eggs and bacon were very good.

The property and rooms were fresh. I’m certain the cleanliness would have been better had it not been for the scamdemic. Nice bar/lounge area. Overall the facilities were more than acceptable.

They didn't clean our room i ask if they can please clean the room and we got back and the towels were still on the flloor didn't vacuum or nothing i called receptions to get me towels they made me go get them.

The receptionest when we check in was nice i ask for toilet paper and she sent it to our room

The only issue was that we did not have any large bath towels in the room I had to call downstairs for some, however they were brought to us very quickly

The location was convenient of the freeway. The staff was excellent and courteous
