Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

location perfect! breakfast, no need! the voutcher was a nice gift, but the coffee you get is not good! Room was small but that's enough if you just want to visit a city, no need to stay long in the room, just for sleeping it is ok!

Mexicothe bell boy was rude at night: one night returning late after the Opera, well dressed with my daughters he shouted through the glass door that we should open the door with our room key, instead of opening the door for us. Other nifght returning with lots of shopping bags, he did the same scene. The bathtub was not deeply cleaned every day.
Super location half block from the 5th ave, historical building, early check in at 1:00 PM upon availability. Room deco was very clean and stylish. Spotless clean! Super near to bus and metro stations.

United StatesAlthough there is free coffee provided each day from the barista downstairs, I prefer it first thing in the morning and would have liked a coffee maker in the room. Also the elevator is very small.
The room exceeded expectations. It was large for a NY hotel room and very clean. Definitely better than the pictures. Cleaning service was provided everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is only a couple of blocks from the subway with lots of breakfast, pastry, and Korean restaurants nearby.

It was very accessible to the subway , the bus terminal and the famous sights like the Empire State and Times Square and shopping areas, Macy's was a few blocks and there is a Nordstrom outlet at the corner. The surrounding area was bustling but the hotel was located in a very quiet street. There was luggage storage across the hotel which was very convenient when we spent a weekend in Boston.

BelgiumThe airco is very noisy, and our window was one giving on fire stairs with other airco machines… so it was not a nice or silent view. The bed was a bit soft for me. Don’t order a taxi at reception, it seems the company they use has a very own perception of time: after waiting 40 minutes for a taxi supposedly arriving in 15 minutes, we had to jump in an Uber to make sure we catch our flight.
The room was spacious, nicely designed and kept spotless clean during our stay. Fridge, kettle, steamer were made placed in the room immediately upon our request. Overall, the hotel is nice and the staff is kind, and the little bar on the ground level is handy, pending you have time to wait for it as service is a bit slow.

United StatesWe had 2 rooms. One room was notably better than the other. The King with futon/couch was facing a brick wall and therefore dark and had a smaller tv and bathroom than the regular King room. The regular King room was perfect.
Staff was extremely helpful and personable. Location was great. Rooms were spotless and new. While there is no restaraunt at the hotel, there is a small cafe in the morning for coffee and muffins/danishes. Plenty of places close by to eat.
