Not a big complaint, but it would be nice if there was a restaurant on the property that offered a little more than the bar restaurant.

Loved the historical nature of this property. The space is so beautiful. It is very convenient to the art museums.

It is a newer hotel but there is already damage through out the rooms. Also, in regular showers with tubs the curtain sits too high so all the water gets outside the tub and into the bathroom floor.

The historical value of the hotel is greatly entertaining with a museum under it. The decor is lovely and very clean. Has a bar on site during the week that serves a limited menu.

There are often little things overlooked. No coffee in the room, no tissues, etc. I’ve stayed here many times. There’s never been an issue that would prevent me from returning. My next stay is already booked.

It’s extremely quiet in the rooms. The building is unique and true to its historic feel.

There is this slight smell in some parts of the hotel AC was very cold in common area (not sure if it is good or bad)

Staff is really friendly Free breakfast is included from 6:30 am to 10 am I believe Room ceiling is extremely high which is super cool! Location is very close to AKG and Frank Llyod's Martin house.

The only thing we didn’t love was driving through the college campus to access it. However, this was hardly an impactful downside.

The property was so unique, and ended up being so much more than just a place to sleep on our trip. We enjoyed the hotel so much, that walking around the hotel turned out to be an equally enjoyable experience as everything else! It was clean, spacious, and very intriguing.

Parking was somewhat limited. Over labor day weekend, there was a jazz festival held behind the hotel, and people were parked at the hotel lot. We couldn't find parking. They should enforce this a little better, perhaps a parking tag issued for the hotel guests and signs indicating that parking is for hotel guests only. The neighborhood is to be desired. If you were coming in from the art gallery section, it's great! But if you took a wrong turn a block away, there are some sketchy looking homes...... so walk over towards the art gallery..... :)

I absolutely loved the restoration of the building. They added modern aspects such as the beautiful bathroom and elevators, but I loved that they tried to keep the same look and feel of the hospital. The high ceilings in our room were really impressive I was definitely impressed by the grounds. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was great, fresh and delicious. They had frittatas one morning with pancakes. The next morning were scrambled eggs and pancakes. There was granola, yogurt and a variety of pastries. Coffee was always fresh. I really loved that they had fresh coffee in the lobby as well as lemon water.

The bathtub had no stopper. After a day of hiking, a bath would've been welcomed. No refrigerator or vending machines were disappointing, but fruit flavored water in the lobby was welcomed.

The building/architecture, decor, breakfast, rooms, beds, bathroom, breakfast, grounds, and team members were all exemplary.
