The breakfast needs alot of work, need to have fresh eggs, cooked bacon and sausage not just microwaved bacon every day. Make sure the waffles are made to be consistent instead of watery. Need to have melted butter so the syrup and butter will both be warm and not have to microwave your waffle to melt the butter.

Just wish they served breakfast for an extra hour. We were on vacation and wanted to sleep in and missed the free breakfast the first day we were there. The location is excellent and in a upscale part of town. Beds were comfortable.

I did not like the attitude of the front staff when i came in for check in she was least bothered to see who is standing I felt she was being lazy for her job. I was there for 3 nights stay but according the hotel rule u get cleaning staff only after 3 nights which I felt was not good atleast 2 night house keeping is necessary.

The breakfast was good nice and clean..the rooms were also very clean.

the lady who checked me in was surly and less than willing to help when I requested extra towels. the young tall white girl restocking the breakfast Buffett was more interested in gossiping at the front desk with Ms Surly. further you had a whole hotel of concert going guests maybe extend the breakfast buffet till 10am. when advised napkins, coffee and breakfast foods were empty she and an older woman in the kitchen acted annoyed to be bothered. but eventually did restock. and I was heart broken by no hot tub and freezing cold pool water.

the room was wonderful. the evening staff was very nice. the people who checked me out were very nice. the cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating.

just a lot of knick knacks dirty or not well kept. holes and stuff. the door between the bedroom and living room was messed up. our car got hit in the parking lot. that wasn't fun.

I purposely looked for a hotel that had a hot tub due to the tremendous amount of walking we were doing during the day. When we checked we were informed in a fairly rude way that the hot tub was not working and that they were not going to fix it. This information should not be included as an amenity! This was why I chose this hotel over others and then couldn't use it.

Breakfast could have had more variety and the front desk staff could have been friendlier; their heads were always 'down' and rarely made eye contact with the guest arriving or departing the facility.

The blueberry waffle batter had a strange taste. The waffle-maker was stiff and difficult to rotate.
