We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaUs and our friends that we traveled with had issues with our key cards for our room and it was a very unpleasant experience. We had to wait to get into our room for the key to be fixed and then for our friends, it was so bad they had to move to 3 different rooms because the key cards kept failing due to no fault of theirs. The assistant manager that was notified about our friends key card said that they cant do anything to compensate the inconvenience of having to keep changing rooms due to key cards, his response was hat there will be no form of compensation and that we should feel free to report it to social media. This assistant manager honestly shouldn't be in hospitality if they can't display good customer service. Before this situation, we had raved to our friends how good american customer service is compared to Canada, and when this happened, our friends who experienced this at the hotel were like, yea America has bad customer service compared to Canada because they were treated rudely by the assistant manager. It took so long for us to rectify the situation but we wasted so much time of our holiday trying to rectify the situation due to key card issue. Also in our room we couldn't control the AC and it was way too cold so we had to keep turning and turning off to get the room cool and then it would get so cold and I couldn't sleep , so to reduce it when it got too cool we had to turn it off. And the only way to turn it off was by pulling the plug out of the wall of the AC. Very inconvenient because the buttons didnt work. Also we had a shower and not a bath, I didnt see anywhere that said we would be given a shower instead of a bath. Wasn't happy with that. Also reported that we didnt have a coffee pot and the staff could care less.
The location was the best thing about the hotel. Close to shopping and places to eat. The breakfast was decent, potatoes, egg, waffles, coffee options etc. and the tall gentleman staff working there was stellar, he graciously went out of his way to get us a specific Yoghurt flavour that we requested. The bed was quite comfortable too.

CanadaWe had trouble with getting the key to work. Finally had the nicest maintenance man help us get into the room after returning to the front desk a couple,of times. Never have we stayed at a hotel that you have to pull the door handle “upwards” in order to open the door! Also, we didn’t realize check in was at 3:00pm and we arrived an hour early. The front desk receptionist made us feel like we were committing a crime…she wasn’t very friendly. Never before have we never been able to check in before the “time”
The hotel is clean, The breakfast was good, with lots of variety. We were surprised by how quiet it was while sleeping even though the hotel,is located across the street from Walmart!

The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome on arrival. Room was spacious and clean. Morning breakfast bar was the usual fare and we appreciated the hot protein items (eggs, sausages) The pool and hot tub looked nice, although we did not use them.
