A few minor things: The tv was problematic. It has an overlay that was nonresponsive. It would reboot randomly and screens would pop up that couldn't easily be dismissed. The gym was solid but could've been bigger. We were on the 32nd floor - and there were only 3 elevators serving the tower we were in. At busier times, it took as long as 15 minutes to get an elevator up to our floor. I think this was because the pool and bar are on the 5th floor so getting an elevator all the way down to the lobby took longer.

The location was great. We were close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were good, too.

Gym is small for the hotel. Has the basics. Due to size of hotel and number of guests, the pool could be larger. Didn't really get to swim in main pool as there were too many kids. Not many restaurants in walking distance, had to get an Uber into town for evening meals.

While I had no concerns with the cleanliness of the room. Some elements like the floorboards and headboards showed significant wear.

Hotel lobby was beautiful. Location was ideal for those seeking to stay away from the hectic Waikiki area. Café in the lobby was extremely handy for breakfasts and morning coffees. The room was clean and comfortable.

The pool is too small. No balconies but being able to open these big sliding windows was great.

Great new hotel, quieter area than Waikiki, lots of shops an restaurants around. Rooms are spacious, clean, very comfortable bathrooms. Amazing view from the hotel window. Proximity to lovely, very green picnic area Magic Island. All in all we had a wonderful stay in Prince Waikik. We much preferred it than hotel in a center Waikiki we moved to later.

I definitely think the pool needed more staff to manage the crowd and demand. My biggest complaint is not realizing there was a restaurant on the premises - even after inquiring with concierge on a suggestion for our family who just traveled for 10 hours and wanted something convenient.

The hotel was very nice with clean, comfortable rooms and nice amenities. The check-in, front desk, bellman staff were friendly and courteous. The views were lovely. Coffee company at the bottom and water refill stations were convenient.

No parasols at pool which with fierce sun is not nice. Quite a lot of alcohol consumption in and around pool. And food and atmosphere at on site restaurant 100 Sails not good.

The rooms are great, super spacious, good beds and fab bathroom. We booked sea view which was awesome. Also, travelling as a family, we had connecting rooms which was great. Great little coffee bar in lobby and well stocked mini market.

Parking; you pay for $45 per day for parking, but they don’t ensure a space for you! I asked where to park and a staff member told me to park at a “Reserved Parking” (as long as there’s no cone)! Well, I did but got a warning notice the next day! They need to get their act together!!!

We loved everything from the property.

Received the view that I paid for. Overseeing the beach from the 30th floor. No better way to go to wake up in Waikiki than seeing that sunrise.

No television connection last 2 days out of 6. Front desk kept telling us they were working on it, but it never was fixed by the day we left. No microwave.

We loved everything about the hotel. Rooms are all ocean view and very clean. There is daily housekeeping (which is hard to find in most hotel’s.) The housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good location at the beginning of Waikiki and much quieter than central Waikiki. Room/hallways also quite. Walk to shopping, restaurants. Central Waikiki about 20 minute walk. We will definitely return.

Some days the pool area was busy so not many chairs available, but that is not the hotels fault. However, the adults only infinity horizon pool wasn’t as clean as the larger pool.

We travelled as a group of 7 adults. Our rooms were spacious and clean and all the same size, with a lovely view. The staff were all very helpful. There was a good coffee shop in the lobby and we were given metal water bottles that could be refilled throughout the hotel.
