It was very trashy and it smelled terrible people were very loud and people lived there. Different desk clerk was not nice all they were worried about is getting paid while you stayed there it was dogs running around cats running around it was just disgusting the whole way around the air conditioning the room barely worked it was a broken drawer with no drawer in it it was just disgusting

Day clerk at checkin. Not rude but not friendly. Made you feel like you were a nuisance. Never got off their chair and couldn't hear them due to sitting behind the computer.

The office person try to make people pay again if you payed on line even if you showed you pay even me i had my paper there was like 4 of us. Was not happy with that.The wifi was not good

Locking devices on door were inoperable. Bathroom door had a big hole (looked as if someone punched it). Bathtub plug didn't work. Curtains were broken and sagging. Both ice machines were not working with a big pool of water in front of one of the doors to ice machine. One guy wouldn't let me get hot water in office at 6 am.

Our feet were filthy after walking on the floors in the room, indicating the floors weren’t clean at all. The bedding was worn and tattered. Awful mattress, awful pillows. Had a woman knock on our door at 3am saying her daughter’s phone was in our room, you could see the light through the door making it easy to hear every sound outside. Overall a poor experience for the price.

Should be breakfast and better room maintenance like clean towels and wash cloths every day. No Kleenex in the room and not near sufficient soap and shampoo in the room.

We did not get the room we reserved. Through booking we had reserved a Superior King Room, but upon checking in, we were told that there was “none available” refund or discount was not offered. Staff member made no attempt to alleviate the problem. Room that we got instead was disgusting, stains all over the sheets and pillows. Brown stains on lamp shades. Sink was clogged with cereal from previous occupants. Beetles all over the bathroom. Floors were sticky. I’ve never stayed in a room that I’ve felt worried for my safety, but this room in fact did that.
