They have refrigerator and mini shelf for water, coffee phone chargers, etc that has sensors that when you lift these things up or just move these bottles out of the fridge to put your own drinks will automatically charge you!!!and they charge calls for long distance when you only use their phones to call another room, same hotel!!!

Nothing special really..i could’ve book at cheaper hotels and will still have the same room with refrigerator i can use and not charge for nothing and with complimentary bottled water and coffee or tea!!!

I have a problem when I check-in because the receptionist told me i didn't not book any room. Even though i showed him the email and booking number from booking.com. We're so tired and we want to go the room after 12 hrs flight from Zurich. We have no choice we have to book again on that day. The price from the one the i booked advance. Is way different. But the next day i have to talk to the manager and she help me to solve my problem.

The rooms are quite dated. Fine for if you're using it as a base, but not quite as lux as we were expecting

The location was perfect on the strip, and the pool was great (albeit not many sunbeds left by 9.30am)

Ive been to caesars over 20 years and it has declined overall. The staff was terrible. We called about a few things for our room that were missing. They assured us they were sending someone 2x and no one ever showed up. The cleaning lady laughed what I asked her about this and told me they would never come.

Caesars is an okay hotel. Its a large hotel and offers good restaurants, shopping and pools. The room was clean. The minibar had what we needed.

The room had a small coffee pot, but no pods. Also, the reading lights on both sides of the beds were inoperative.

Check in desk was such a long wait despite checking in at midnight. Got up to room and forgot to get our parking charge added to room—went down at 0130 and didn’t get back to room til 0300, again waiting in line at the check in desk. Long walk from tower to pool and/or parking garage. First time, it was difficult as signs were a tad confusing. Cost of room—yes, we had a great view of the fountains and strip but with the high cost of the room—parking should have been free. Also, we wanted to use the fridge but was told if anything is moved or placed in the fridge, it will tell the hotel that we bought something in the mini even if we hadn’t. If we wanted a fridge—we’d have to rent one for $60 a day!!!!

Lack of umbrellas around the pool. We tried to have a meal in Cafe Americano but left as no one came to take our order.

Good location on the strip. Spacious room. Nice pool area. Good air con. Lots of options for dining and shopping.

The check in process for this hotel took over two hours!! The staff just didn’t care about the customers at all. Quite frankly the process and their attitude was nothing short of disgusting. Completely unacceptable for any hotel let alone the world’s most famous one !

So much entertainment in one place . Venus Pool area is amazing , we hired a Cabana which was brilliant. Fantastic hotel all round . A true Las Vegas legend !! Most of the staff are extremely friendly and very very professional.

The rooms are dated & could do with being refurbished. Missing pictures on the wall, Staines on carpets and walls etc but otherwise comfortable

Some basic amenities missing in room such as vanity kit etc. Rooms look old fashioned and little untidy washroom.

Place of the hotel is best thing about hotel center of the strip with lot of eating options and great pool. Some nice clubs and big casino.

Check in staff were not that helpful. “Excursion” desk by the shops was an absolute joke. I spoke to Caesars check in staff about this and they were not interested.

That we stood in the check in line for an hour just to be told we were supposedly were being upgraded to a different room therefore we had to go to a different part of the hotel to finally check in. Also the fancy bar in the room with hidden things such as if you take something off to look at it like the hydration water in 30 seconds your charged 20 freaking dollars for it even if you didn't use it. Things like that should be disclosed at time of check in, luckily we talked to the check in gal and it was taken off my card. The signage in the parking garage needs some serious help. It's difficult to find where you need to go especially never been there before. We talked to a few people with this same complaint. The outrageous prices on the restaurants are stupid crazy. I guess if you have more money than sense it's a good deal but for the average blue collar folks there's not much of an option other than to go eat somewhere that's half affordable.

The location in proximity to other parts of the strip to see. The court yard was cool to see and get some pictures. The taxi service was super good. The parking garage is nice.

Rooms are fairly dated, was a weird stale cigarette type smell in ours. Lifts seemed all out of service bar 1 so constant wait! Main pool was closed entire 6 days of our stay - never loungers available so always had to “buy” the day beds - expect more than that from a hotel advertising 7 pools!!

There was a construction/renovation going on when we were there so it' was a bit noisy.

We had a cleaning incident in our bathroom when we arrived. We alerted hotel staff who were super kind about it, we went down to dinner and when we came back up to the room it was already taken care of!

Hotel has a lot to do, it’s nicely decorated and the staff is great.

There was an ongoing reconstruction, which was quite disturbing during day-time. Some of the elevators in Colosseum tower were not working therefore it took us almost 10 mins to get down. And I don’t understand why there is a 75$ fee for even touching the stuff in minibar.

Very nice, clean rooms, great&spacious bathroom, very nice view from our room.
