The breakfast could be upgraded a bit. The donuts were not the best quality and there were no hot food selections. Adding hot food selections would be great.

This is a reasonable place to stay for the price and location to country restaurants and ATV trails. It's nothing fancy though...think of a vintage summer camp from your school years and that's a pretty good summary of this place. That's not a negative though, just a summary of the style this place has. If you're looking for a Hampton Inn, this is not your place. If your looking for a quiet, rustic place in the country, this is a great spot to stay. Staff were very nice at checkin but we never saw them after that. Not a big deal, we just left the keys in the room for check out since no one was at the front desk. A good, mom and pop, laid back place to stay

The location was beautiful and peaceful. The room was lakeside with large windows providing an amazing view of the lake. I appreciated the history of this place being a former music camp. Yes the building is old but well kept and was exceptionally clean with very comfortable bed. If we had more time we would have enjoyed taking out the kayaks or paddle boats they have for guest use. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the quiet location on Little Hanging Horn Lake. We spotted loons, fox, deer and a big turtle on the property. Our 2 bedroom cabin was comfortable and was supplied with everything we needed. The 2 decks were especially nice for coffee in the morning.

The location is very beautiful, and we saw a family of deer near the resort. The room was perfect: spacious, great beds, good bathroom. The hostess was very friendly. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

Not much that I found lacking, probably the one thing I could do without would be the smell of the carpet powder from the hallway. I’m not sure if there was another entryway into the resort, but the host helped carry my bags up the stairs into the resort.

Totally private, very clean, exceptional hosts, the view of the lake was stunning. The bed was perfect.

Beautiful place and a beautiful location! We only stayed for one night but I wish our timing would have allowed for more. The stand-up paddle-boards free for use were a great addition. I loved being able to drink coffee on the dock in the morning. We even watched one of the DVD's available to borrow. Honestly, the amenities were fantastic, and the hosts were incredible during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away for the weekend.
