Only shampoo dispenser in the shower , no conditioner or body wash , the hand soap place near the sink , so inconvenience. The breakfast not too good , wonder why would they mix the breakfast egg with bacon , not everyone likes bacon .

Breakfast could have included scrambled eggs or sausage patties. There were none. We were not very comfortable in the room. Room needed to be at a coldest temp (60-70) to keep the humidity comfortable. it was too cold. When placing the aircon at a higher temp like 73, 74 or higher, room was very humid and difficult to sleep at night. it was either freezing to control the humidity or very sticky due to the humidity at a setting of 72-73. The faucet in the bathroom was very difficult to use as it was cornered in the sink and did not leave much room to wash your hands or wash your face. There was also too much softener in the shower water making it too long to have to take a shower. I kept my meds in the fridge and it's not cold enough for them. The fridge needed to be at a colder temp. the girl at the front counter when we left (Sun at 10 am) was unfriendly and seemed rude. She was bothered if spoken to.

location was good. The first employee at the front desk when we got there (3 pm on Friday), was very friendly and nice. It was a gentleman. The ice machines were located at a good area near the room. the key entries were very easy to use. The elevator was at a good location on each floor. Most of the food at the breakfast area was good but not enough choices.

I always stay in this hotel, but in this case, is the first time I reserved a room with a sofa, which it was uncomfortable for my teenagers daughters, also there was very small pillows in the room, very uncomfortable to me. I needed to ask for other pillows. beside this the breakfast this time was not delicious like others.

Bathrooms need to be more clean. Walls in there were stained, sliding door handle was dirty, as were light switches.

Faucet in bathroom too far from center of sink. Toilet paper holder broken. Fridge didn't work, and it stunk really bad! Sliding door to restroom too heavy.

There was only one light in the entrance and two reading lights between the two beds. As a result, it was very dim in the room. When you turned the shower on, the faucet would continue to run and the tub wouldn't drain completely while you were taking your shower, so you stood in a puddle, about an inch deep, until you turned the water off.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept very clean and the rooms were comfortable. I liked the availability of the washer and dryer since we stayed a few days and didn't want to carry dirty clothes home. The location was great as we had easy access to the exressway.

Single chair in room. Could be improved by another chair. Shade umbrellas would be good for morning use of tables if watching kids at pool area in mornings (we skipped morning use as too sunny/hot).

We liked everything. Comfortable beds & convenient location. Clean room. Great breakfast. Pool shaded from hot sun in afternoon. Friendly, helpful staff.

That the first night I was there, there was problems with the a/c and I had to move rooms at 11:30 at night. I went from the 2nd floor to the 4th. 😏
