Our first room was not cleaned properly (clothes from the previous person were in the bathroom floor). Luckily we were moved (thanks again) to another room. The second room was much smaller and the people above us were noisy around the clock. The pool is much smaller and could use a good scrub down.

This is a great hotel near Diggerland! Conveniently located near Target and multiple places to eat (just down eat at Outback it was awful). Staff was nice and tried to help when they could.

The only problem we had two rooms but I was in room 220 and the water coming out of the shower head was not adjustable, Water was going all over the place. Nothing major to complain about but you might want to adjust the issue for someone else. I take my grandkids to the Big Kahuna water park and this is my second time staying here and both times were great and will definitely be staying there in the future.

Nothing in particular was bad for the price point of the hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful when we had issues getting into our room (the battery to the key scanner died!) Breakfast was decent for continental breakfast.

The laying of the tiles in the bathroom was not made by professionals, cracks all over the place, since the screed seems to be uneven. As a European, the breakfast is quite "interesting" to not name it worse, but this doesn't matter, you're not coming to the U.S. for the food, aren't you?

The room was very large with lots of space for a family's stuff. Parking directly at the hotel. Not far from Lindenwold P&R to take the PATCO to Philadelphia. Good shopping spots nearby. Friendly staff, especially Danielle at the check-in.

Breakfast items included egg omlettes with bacon/ ham in it. the labels didnt indicate anything clearly. its ok if the hotel doesnt offer halaal foods, but labels indicating clearly if the food products contain not, meat etc would have been helpful.

The breakfast on Friday and Saturday was great with all items present. Andre helped with keeping the area clean and things stocked. On Monday there was no bagels, no yogurt and the decaf coffee was cold.

The bed and the pillows were not comfortable. Similar to a week ago, when I stayed at the Hampton in Victor, NY, the pillows went flat when we laid on them. The door to the bathroom was difficult to shut and kept getting stuck on the floor. The room was fine, but the hallway and the elevator had a horrible smell like someone hadn't showered. I am not sure what the cause of the smell was.

The location was great! Close to Diggerland where we were visiting. The hotel room was a decent size and very clean. Breakfast offered a variety of choices. My kids enjoyed having chocolate chip waffles with their eggs and sausage. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast was terrible, and the third floor hallway was way too hot a young teen was on the elevator who looked very flushed and sweaty and told me its too hot in the halls and i agreed

We did not have any shampoo or conditioner in our room and I had to walk down to the front desk to get some after calling to tell them we had none.

They could have had better choices for breakfast. The gym was pretty good, but no free weights. Not enough information on surrounding restaurants.
