Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area is beautiful. The breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Loved the fresh waffles and coffee.

United KingdomWe felt very let down that from reviews/ website transport was offered to and from the airport and also to the strip and back, this is the reason we chose the hotel but it was non-existent. We had to use Ubers and taxis costing us $280 dollars. This needs to be removed from Booking.com (any reference to it, either by the hotel or people who have stayed there in the past (i.e reviews). Maybe this is something that used to be offered? but now it is not. People need to know they have to organise their own transport. We took a taxi from the airport which was $50 dollars after looking for the place where Hampton would pick us up!?. So we arrived annoyed and let down as there was no Hampton bus! On arrival, the lady on reception just said 'There's no transport offered by us to or from the airport or to and from the strip". So it wasn't a good start!! Breakfast is poor, plastic plates and knifes and forks, similar every day and not much choice. If you like waffles (we don't) I guess you'd enjoy it. The pool is small the photos are a little deceiving in terms of its size. If all this is changed It would improve the experience as people would know exactly what to expect, then not be disappointed. As I mentioned the staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you. They are not to blame whatsoever.
The staff were very friendly and the room was large. Coffee was good quality and available all day. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable and the Sunbeds especially around the pool were very comfortable.

We love everything about this hotel and stay here everytime we come to Vegas for a concert. Super clean, secure, rooms are clean, pool and gym are great. The breakfast is wonderful with many selections. Marjorie has been working the breakfast area everytime we've stayed there and she's great.

The breakfast was yummy and Marjorie amazing, very attentive to guests. The hotel is super clean and smells fresh. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. It is an oasis if you are coming from the hotels on the strip. The construction nearby is the only thing that affects the experience because it makes walking difficult. Bridget at the bar is super attentive as well.
