Breakfast offerings were less than We’ve had at other hotels. And crowded!!! And loud!!! Obviously everyone staying there got breakfast but you couldn’t get to any of the food. I generally have a waffle but two lines of people. I just grabbed yogurts, bananas, and we were out of there.

For a Hampton Inn, I was not impressed with the setup. I think they were under construction. A large group of teenagers around the whole made things hard I would say around 50 or more. My friend and I could not sleep the first night.

The staff and breakfast were the best part of the stay. Thank you to Staff member Amber and the women working in the Breakfast area. They were so kind.

Is outdated. The carpets of the halls are dirty. The carpet of the room smells. We understand that all things comes to an end when they are used over and over. The hotel needs a facelift.

The only option they had for muffins was banana nut muffins, so a wider selection would have been preferable. Furthermore, the sofa bed was stained and uncomfortable. I had trouble sleeping as I could feel the springs in my back all night.

The room was spacious for my family of 5. The beds were pretty comfy and clean. The bathroom was also clean. Breakfast was pretty decent. I especially enjoyed the mini waffles.

There were lots of guests a bit the second room I reserved was supposed to have handicap amenities and it didn’t. Just wish they would have informed me that they couldn’t accommodate prior to or at check in.

The location was excellent, the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, fresh. Enjoyed my stay and will keep them on my list.

The overall facility. Wallpaper falling off or separating from the wall 90% in the hallways. Only one elevator working on arrival then shortly there after no working elevator.

One lady wouldn't give us extra blankets so we had to buy more. The one dryer they had was out of order and the elevators stop working while we were there.

I was staying on the 3rd floor and when arriving one of the elevators was down. By the morning both elevators were out of order. Right outside of my door was clean when I first arrived, but after going out for dinner and a room escape when I returned it looked like housekeeping had dumped their vacuum out in front of my room. The air conditioner was very loud.

The location of this hotel was very convenient. I felt safe and centrally located to entertainment that we were going to. The breakfast was good. My son liked the cinnamon waffles and I loved the variety of yogurts. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

On the breakfast the start time is ok but it could go a little longer maybe extend to 11:30 so for the guest that likes to sleep in could still get breakfast as they check out

$75 charges for a pet and they put us on the 4 th floor. The bathroom sink was plugged with crap and unusable and the toilet had residue so it hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while. We didn’t even shower there.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the breakfast section was excellent.

The toilet ran in the bathroom constantly. The shower was very slow to drain the water, so you were standing in dirty water when taking your shower. The T V was a pain in the butt to get to work!

Room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. The location was perfect for where we were going. Overall good stay.

They charged me 30.00 more than I was supposed to be charged. Also, my 2 yr old randomly found and started eating some old food she found on the floor from the previous guest.
