We were only given 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 2 people. It was a hassle to have to go to the front to get more. Also, the door was broken, which was close to the room, so it was a long walk from the parking lot through the hotel to get to our room.

The breakfast was really good. There were quite a few options. Best continental breakfast I have had. The bed was very comfortable.

Good breakfast, rooms were very clean and comfy, location was perfect near casino and eateries and about 25 mins from the strip. Check in was easy, free hot drinks and cold water especially in 42 degree heat.

Front desk staff was not too happy when we asked for the front view when we checked in. She said that she didn't know what room had the front view so she gave us room 240 and that was all she had left. We went up to that room and it had a side view of the parking lot. So we went back down to ask her if she could find us an odd number room since we saw odd number had the front view of the hotel. We then asked her if she can find one there. She did, but was not too happy doing it since we was disturbed by us asking her to come back out from her being too busy chatting with her friends in the back room. Once she made her way out, we asekd her to please check again to see if she had one, she then found a front view room all of the sudden (odd number room 231). After we went up to that room, TV wasn't working, we called to report it but then we found a HDMI cable was just dangleing there disconnected so we connected that cable to the TV (TV worked after). Also during trying to connect the HDMI cable, we did find some old food (could be old pizza) behind the TV counter. It wasn't too pleasant to see but we sort of ignored it and everything else went well afterwards.

There were a few homeless people living in their cars near the building but the parking lot is shared with other businesses and it didn't interfere with our stay. Just something to be aware of.

Clean, comfortable room. Pet friendly. Excellent reception from front desk as well as complimentary cold water, coffee/tea/hot cocoa bar with variety of creamers and add ins for the cocoa which kids ❤️! The breakfast is terrific with so many options including protein selections. Close to everything. Highly reccomend.

Pool is dirty- needs scrubbed on walls and lots of things floating on top (perhaps system not working); pool area needs attention- landscaping, tables/chairs/umbrellas; pool noodles on rails thinking to make them less hot to touch but now slippery- these are just taped on. Also AC in room was constantly running- didn’t switch on just to bring to temp setting

HOTEL HAD NO HOT WATER FOR DAY 2 OF OUR STAY AS BOILER WAS BSDING REPLACED. WE FOUND THAT OUT ON ARRIVAL, TOO LATE TO CANCEL AND SEEK ELSEWHERE. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT A TEXT WARNING US.

The location is sketchy. I was chased by a homeless drug addict walking my pups behind the hotel, and that was terrifying. Asked front desk if security patrols parking area, was told no, but we have cameras. Moved my vehicle to center lot after reco from a staff member. Checked on my vehicle every 2 hours all night, as its an RV van I was taking in for service next day. In that time, I noted a man living in van by pool entrance, and a couple sleeping in cars near where I parked, shooting up in the parking lot.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it has been exceptional. This time, it was a little different. Air conditioner was noisy and made it difficult to sleep. We could hear the guests above us all night as the floors were very creaky. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep.

The location is great. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel and easy on/off access to the freeway.
