We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThis Hampton Inn at the Detroit airport has improved dramatically. It has been totally refurbished and has updated its amenities. Having an airport shuttle that runs every 15 minutes in the morning is amazing. The breakfast has a wide assortment of both hot and cold selections, I love the large walk in shower. The bed was extremely comfortable. The heating system worked well.

United StatesWhat could have been better is outside of your control. My entire family regretted the decision to only stay here for the one night. We wished we would have chosen to commute for our gathering downtown rather than waste the nights stayed at another hotel closer to the event we were attending. We truly would have rather stayed with your hotel and in the future, this is what we will do. Any commute is worth the drive to ensure our family is in comfortable and welcoming surroundings.
I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, especially Niayla at the front desk. She was super efficient and attentive to all of our needs. Her assistance was invaluable and made staying her so enjoyable. The coffee and tea service availability was enjoyed by myself and my grandson as well as all of the other amenities offered in your hotel. Beautiful put together with a high caliber of staff. Thank you so much.
