Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast was okay. It was expected from the place since i've stayed similar places before. Room was great! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. It was perfect for my one night stay. They also didn't trip about me checking out a little late (like 5 minutes past 11a)

Many of the breakfast items were completely gone, not offering much variety and the waffle station had batter all over, milk was spilled on the counter, as was coffee. The tables needed wiping off as well.

United StatesThe breakfast was NOT GOOD (besides the breakfast potatoes. Tasted similar to Frisch’s potatoes).
Area was convenient to a lot of stores and restaurants including the Mall. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Ohio State Fair was a 15 minute drive. Pool area was clean. They need to keep the pool towels restocked though. Room was nice and cozy. Central air worked fine.

United StatesThe television didn’t work. They offered to change my room, but we had events to go to and didn’t have time. The hotel desk clerk had the personality of an ATM. She did her job professionally, but took my smile away. The pillows were flat as a pancake. We’ve had much better quality bath towels in other Hampton Inns and only had two towels for three guests. I’m sure I could have gotten more, but we were very busy and didn’t have time to make up for the hotel’s oversight. The cleaning crew was knocking on our door before check out time, didn’t wait for an answer, and walked into the room. They were apologetic. I’m not sure why I pay a higher price to stay with this chain.
Easy to find, great location close a huge shopping mall and the airport. Room was clean and within the facility and cleanliness standard I expect from this chain.
