We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe guest services representative at the front desk was unwelcoming and rude. He refused to assist me with alternate solutions when my booking was incorrect due to a third party error. He was not accommodating at all to my situation. I was in town for my nephew’s wedding and was supposed to stay with the rest of my family at the same location. This employee’s lack of consideration was inexcusable and I was left to find an alternative solution for myself and two children at the last minute. Even though there were vacancies at this location, I refused to stay after being treated so horribly. Luckily, I was able to find another hotel that was close by in time to get ready for the event. My family that ended up staying there said I was lucky. They had filthy rooms and the plumbing was inoperable. My mother had to move rooms 3 times before finding one that was clean. I am very thankful I found another hotel. I will never make another reservation at a Hampton Inn again.

United StatesIt was way over priced considering the condition of the place. The shower had mold in the corners, the wall of the shower had been thrown up over the existing wall. We were given the very last room at the end of the hall on the 2nd floor which was noisy.

United StatesIt rained while were staying. All the doors on the back side of the hotel were leaking, towels were placed on the inside bottom of the doors. One of our guest tripped over the towel when entering the building and fell. No warning signs were present. The next morning as we were walking down the hall large pieces of plaster was falling from the ceiling due to large leaks. The dining area also had a leak on one side of the room. The floor was drench with water and furniture was soaking wet. The one elevator is very small and slow. Only two people can ride with the luggage cart. We booked for 4 guest, the restroom contained 2 towels and 2 wash clothes.

United StatesThe rooms really need updating, the bathroom tiles are ugly and don't look real clean. There were quite a few bugs in our room. They were hanging out where the walls meet the ceiling, some were dead some were alive. I took a hanger and wrapped a wet towel around the end to get them down. All night I felt like things were crawling on me. Our room was a handicapped accessible room, the bathroom light fixture was no where near centered over the sink area. The bathtub was quite slippery, I think whatever skid proofing that was there at one time has worn off, it could be very dangerous for a person that isn't real stable on their feet. The soap shelf does not hold the shampoo it falls off so there is really no where convenient to set it after you squeeze out what you want. The toilet paper is horrible. For what you charge I really think you could supply a 3 ply paper.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. There was fresh coffee in the lobby all evening and the staff even baked fresh cookies for the guest. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much.
