It's in the middle of a remodel..our room was updated..lol..but there was nowhere to put your towel while in the shower..they forgot a hook closer to the shower

The day before I asked able to do the digital key. I arrive at 1:30 and was told that my room was not ready. I returned around 4:30 and when I checked in I was given a different room and not the room that I selected the day before. This is crazy as I had to put my credit card down to hold the room. There were only 2 rooms left. This to me is unacceptable.

The location was good. Near stores and food places.

Interior and rooms are outdated and need some renovations done. There is no elevator.

I found it unfortunate that the TV cable box was limited on selection but understandable can't watch everything. Along with the remote for the TV some buttons didn't seem to work like the guide button.

I personally loved how comfy the beds were, along with the breakfast being good eating.

I did not like it that there were no room services--no bed make-up, no fresh towels or linens unless I asked for them and then I would have had to make up my own bed. Not truly acceptable

- I received no notification/call of my item found in room after checkout … I was still in area 3hrs after checkout - desk clerk informed me that it could be mailed but would have to contact manager, manager was not available next day and purse could not be mailed until possibly 2 days later… I reside in GA 2-3hrs away.

Staff professionals, helpful, concerned about my needs when I accidentally left my purse in the room after checkout.

My only issue was the plumbing. The water in the tub from our showers did not drain quickly which caused the tub to have some flooding. A plunger, drano, or having a plumber come out would have been helpful. Everything else was great!

My wife's socks became very soiled from walking around the room, and we were only there for a one night stay, this means that the carpet was very dirty. There was paint on one of the walls in the shower, it peeled right off, this means that the shower wasn't cleaned before our stay, if it had been, the paint would have been removed by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast-(which is not complimentary @ $225 a night), the eggs tasted fake, like they might possibly be dehydrated, and the sausage was pretty gross,, but the coffee and waffles were good..

It was close to the family members that we went to visit. My wife and I enjoyed lounging at, and swimming in the pool.. The staff members that we interacted with were very friendly and professional. The coffee and waffles were good too!

Picked the place for a breakfast but even on the holiday 4th of July closed at 9:30 and we missed it, slept in after long drive. Weekend hours are until 10 am

I didn’t like how I was charged fully for my stay at check-in. I feel as though the clerk made a judgment as if I would not pay for my stay due to having card issues at check in. I was charged fully as soon as I arrived.

The room was clean but had a old musky smell. the gap under the door was too wide, had to cover with a towel. you could here every time someone walked in the hallway
