We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesAir conditioning was too cold at even 70°, so I changed the temperature to 71°. Dead air was humid and warm. The extreme between both temperatures disrupted a good night's rest. The bathroom caulking is black in some areas. Need to sanitize and redo.

United StatesThere should have been advanced information letting customers know that the hotel backs up to a traintrack. There were MULTIPLE train horns blaring at all hours of the stay including at 3:45am! Considering we were there for a PAC dance competition and had to be up at 6am it was difficult to get a good night sleep. At almost $200 for a single night it was NOT worth the stay.

United StatesI have no complaints, our stay was great. The carpet was a little bit sticky, almost like someone used too much detergent in the floor cleaner, and our TV would let us change the channels, but other than that it was a good night’s sleep.
The location is super nice, right next to a shopping area that has just about everything you could ask for. The facility was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good.

United StatesWe had several issues with our room. The A/C did not cool. Since the weather is cooler, we did not notice this until about 2 am when we woke up hot. The water in the sink barely came out and took a long time to get hot because of this. The bathroom door handle on the inside was very stiff and nearly impossible to get to move and therefore the door would not latch.

United StatesThe rug was ripped around the door, large space between the floor and door, the bedmaking looked like they threw the comforter on the bed and the skirt was lopsided. On the last day, housekeeping knocked at the door at 1100, checkout was not till 1200, asking when we were leaving. We were in the process of leaving, he stayed by the door until we were walking out the door, he immediately went into room. This was very ackward and disturbing.
