The breakfast and the Juice machine showed they had juice but it was just water. The sausage was burnt. Our bathroom door didn’t shut all the way.

My room key card did not work and the staff did not replace with a working key card. I was told the room lock had low battery and it would be fixed in the morning. So I was let in my room manually by a staff with a key.

Easy check in and check out experience. Room was clean.

When we arrive they give us a filthy nasty room. It was dark in the hallway, the couch was dusty, the ceiling was damage, we were pretty shocked to be honest. Fortunately we went to report it to the reception, they were awesome, friendly, we got upgraded room to the 4th floor that was already renovated. The room was ok, but there is no hot water in the shower, bathtub was pretty bad it's old!. This hotel has to be in general cleaning inspection please! We got cochroache inside the bathroom.

Only the staff were nice.

My air conditioner in my room would work for like 3 to 5 min and cut off it did this all night so it was difficult to cool the room for my child

Booking.com had screwed us over by telling the hotel that we booked a 2 queen while I had proof on the app that we had reserved a king. The first room we went to had a busted lock, the bathroom ceiling tiles falling apart, and the dresser the mini fridge sits in was really messed up like it had been eaten away with mold. The bathtub was also marked up. The second room we went to smelled so heavily of cigarette smoke that we really couldn't stay in that room. While all the rooms are supposed to be smoke free, the whole hallway reaked of it. It also had the dresser eaten away but not as much as the first room. They are also going through renovations. The breakfast is always ok, not great but not completely awful. I usually just eat cereal. The king bed was super firm and made my back hurt every morning. The shower did not have anywhere to put your things, no shelves at all.

The lady that checked us in on Wednesday around 4:30p was really nice amd accommodating. She upgraded our room after switching our first 2 rooms, we ended up on the 4th floor which seems to be all brand new. The room was nice and was the king I thought I was getting from the beginning. The shower was really nice.

The facility had poor customer service. The cleaning lady, who was always in the middle of interactions, was rude and snippy. When told about an issue with the juice at the breakfast bar, she kept loudly asking what's the problem. Another patron explained that the juice was basically water (which it was. It was basically flavored water with a tiny coloring. The mixture in the dispenser was not working properly) she quickly hushed the patron and said it was juice, brushing off his concerns and walking away. The front desk lady wasn't better. She was rudely explaining the refund process to someone after THEIR mistake... then tried to charge ANOTHER patron $5 for a coffee pod... like... no. Won't be back

There were some bugs in the bathroom, particularly at night. Nothing too bad, but would be good if they were not there.

Outdoor pool was awesome during summer in Texas Included breakfast was great Location on the Dallas Dart line. Unexpected bonus, the airport transfer via Dart was exceptionally good value at only $6

Cockroaches in my friend's room, lingering smoke smell, and my key worked one morning but not that evening and it wasn't my check out day yet. Even a Motel 6 is cheaper and nicer than this location.

The overall facility is very nice and clean. However, I must say I was disappointed with a few maintenance issues; the tub faucet leaked, tub ceiling had a hole covered by black plastic, and the bottom molding on the bathroom mirror was broken off and ragged.

Although clean, the room had a musty smell. Toilet wouldn't flush and the hairdryer didn't work. I believe the hotel is going through remodeling, ceiling tiles were missing with wires hanging in the lobby area The hotel is tucked into a cul de sac making it near impossible to find.

The host had to unlock my door for me with physical key each time I returned from being out because lock didn’t work with card key, so I felt uncomfortable. Also the peep hole on door had no glass, straight hole.
