    Breakfast buffet was okay. A water main pipe broke and we were without water for several hours. We were in Branson for our granddaughters wedding. Location was great. Bed was comfortable.

    The hotel was pricey. There are a ton of snacks at the front that I think should have no cost on them.... because of the price of the nightly stay. We also asked for the cleaning service every day and we had just one day; we were there 3 nights and 4 days. The cleaning on that day was not much. I was glad to have clean towels, but we had to ask for more tp.

    The Breakfast was always GRRREAT! And I loved that the Hotel was just mere MINUTES to everything! The front check in lady was super helpful too. :)

    Thar I couldn't stay longer...

    Great weekend price for the location. Professional and courteous staff. Plenty of breakfast options. Emelie, the manager on duty, was knowledgeable of her duties and the surrounding area. She was also extremely helpful, not only to myself, but to the employee she was helping train. This will be my go-to hotel for future stays in Branson.

    Could use some more sound proofing, could hear everything in the halls. Water would be hot then flash to cold and then back. I’d say these are common hotel issues though.

    I had an issue with my reservation. I booked and confirmed 2 queen beds. Upon arrival the staff said I had a king only. Tried to lay blame on booking.com, then, they also said they had over booked. They offered a roll away bed, which I had to use and sleep on. I am 5ft 11in. I was disappointed in the experience overall because they should have just owned up to their error. I should have received a free room, along with a complimentary stay for a future stay. I will be speaking with cooperate regarding this issue.. Loleeta Ford

    The location of the hotel was a little further than I thought to Hwy 76. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. I would stay again

    The staff, especially the managers who we spoke with truly needs additional training in customer service. Even though I booked three months prior to my stay, the staff refused to honor my booking through booking.com but rather up charged us. Very unprofessionally handled by what appeared to be a teenage “manager,” and instead of not over charging us by 47 dollars and then say it was because it was Labor Day weekend, a proficient and honorable manager would honor our original booking. Seriously needs a master class on customer service. The Hampton in Branson earned an F in that category.

    Excellent location. Breakfast bar was good. Rooms were comfy.
