We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe shower absolutely sucked. The diverter only diverted about half the water and the shower head was also clogged so it was basically a dribble. There were other sort of worn and broken things like the door into the ice machine. No pillows or light blanket for the sofa bed or as an alternative to the heavy bed quilt. Sort of amazed that mediocre worn Hampton Inns are now $225 a night with taxes.
Convenient location near massive shopping and restaurant area. Friendly enough staff. They nicely accommodated our group dinner in the eating area.

United StatesI grew up in Bowie and it’s changed a lot. That area- close to the town center and the movie theater- doesn’t feel especially safe anymore. But I never felt unsafe inside the hotel.
Staff was wonderful, food was great, every need I had was met promptly. My son thought he had left his monster truck and to placate him I texted that we thought we had left it- I got a response right away that they would call us if they found it. We ended up finding it in his bag but he felt so much better knowing they were on the lookout.

United StatesBreakfast was mediocre and not many options. No consideration for guests with dietary restrictions and only Apple and oranges were fruits available two days in a row. Of the 2 waffles maker, 1 was not working properly.

United StatesI’m very particular about the bedding and so thought the pillows were way too soft so I really could not get comfortable. I’m sure I could have exchanged another set of pillows at the desk but I chose not to bother the staff. Lastly the bathroom sink drained very slow I’m sure a clogged sink was the issue.
Location is great near just about everything you need, and also very quiet area.

United StatesThe property appears to be a little outdated and may be going through some renovations. We also had to switch rooms after confirming at check-in that we didn’t have to even though we made two separate reservations. I don’t think the receptionist was attentive enough to what I was asking.
I like that it was conveniently close to the highway and that there were many places nearby that I could either shop or grab a bite to eat. It was only a 14 minute drive to FedEx field. The hot breakfast was also a good value. Complete with eggs, sausage , biscuits, fruit and waffles

United StatesThe room stayed had a door problem. It looked like somebody forced to open in the past and the key didn’t work but could open easily.. it was not safe. I asked the staff to change the room and they accommodated right away. I think the hotel shouldn’t use the room until the door is fixed. Also the wall seems very thin. I could hear people talking and TV all night.

United StatesStaff was rude during check in process. I called day before to see if I could check in 1 hr before check in time. Was told not a problem. But when arrived could not check in. Was told no one would ever give that ok. The girl working the front desk there admitted that she told me that. But management staff claimed she didn’t and contradicted her, in front of her. Never got an apology from management, just excuses. However, the girl who made the mistake meekly apologized when management wasn’t there and admitted to her mistake. Perhaps she was new staff? Otherwise the stay was nice.
