Need to get TV working in Exercise Room and add a FAN!!! Ungodly hot. Could use lounge seating somewhere, like comfy chairs and reading lamps....

Very loud neighbors. The remote in the room didn’t work. Felt like their was grains of sand in the bed sheets, ended up sleeping on top of the made bed instead using the spare blanket

The hotel felt a little old and run-down. Only one elevator worked and was very slow. The tap water was "soft" and didn't clean soap off very well. The tap water also tasted unpleasant. The breakfast was a little gross, even for a continental breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms were clean. The location is great.

Since it was a holiday weekend, we were at the mercy of supply and demand, paying nearly three times the regular rate. That made it difficult to be particularly enthusiastic about the property, but it was more than adequate. The bathroom could use some updating.

We were overflow guests of a relative during the holiday, so this location was chosen for proximity to the gathering place. The property was quiet and the bed was comfortable, though small.

The location. I did not realize that there was more than 1 Hampton Inn in Ann Arbor. The rest of my family stayed at the other Hampton inn.

Our room was clean but some parts in the hotel could use a good cleaning. It just appears overall that the hotel in is need of an update. One of the elevators is out of order and has been for our last couple of stays.

We've stayed at this property several times when we've had appointments at U of M Medical Center. It's an easy location to access and only takes a few minutes to get to the medical center. Bonus that it's pet friendly for a reasonable charge.

The Fitness Center was FILTHY, as if someone cleaned through the middle, with dust caked on equipment. It also was very hot, with no air movement. It's too small, and it doesn't have any floor mats or weights. A little care put into this area would go along way!

Breakfast provided many different options, including oatmeal and hot eggs and meat, for those who are gluten sensitive!

Smaller than usual room size. The hallway rug seemed worn and the door edges in our room were chipped. Seemed a bit overpriced

Breakfast was ok. Wish there would have been more options. Twice before checkout time, housekeeping tried to come in. First time, they knocked and we had said we were still here. Next time, knocked and before we could even answer, came in. She seemed friendly and said she thought she had seen us leave early and that’s why she was coming in. This was well before checkout time was. We sort of felt rushed out because of how eager they were to come in.

We drove down for a MI football game. We loved the location. Close to stores and restaurants. My son had fun playing in the pool. We had it all to ourselves for at least two hours. Great price compared to most hotels in the area, especially for a football season weekend.

They charged $5 per day for parking in spite of having literally dozens of unused parking spots. The parking lot was poorly lit. There was a used towel in the bathroom when we checked in.
