    Was noisy with both guests speaking loudly in the hall early in the morning and airplanes going over (which is a given due to location)

    Didn’t do breakfast would have loved a cookie in the morning with my coffee. Loved the cookies in the evening.

    We did not have a microwave first time ever traveled that had no microwave

    Delayed check in due to water issue so it delayed my meetings as there was no option for baggage to be left at the desk

    I like the decorations and how clean the hotel was. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. I enjoyed this location and I will return. The pool was really nice as well.

    I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and spacious. I look forward to coming back whenever I visit NY again. I had no issues with the hotel room

    The parking lot needed more lighting in some further spots from the building.

    It was a really cleaned room, well spaced out. The breakfast was good although I didn’t like those sausages and I love breakfast sausages. The attenders were very nice from the front desk to the guy bringing out the hot fresh coffee.

    When we checked in the receptionist was texting on her phone and not welcoming . The hotel is old and dated and smelled as we got on the elevator. It was late and so we stayed. The next morning there was no one at the desk , I stood there 5 min waiting for someone to cancel my next night . All the workers had their kids there. This was not the standard of a Hampton inn . Very disappointing to be right by the airport.

    Pool door did not work; another family let us in when we went to swim. Walls were SUPER thin. We heard the people in the room above us walking across the floor and the people in the next room watching Tv.

    Breakfast was good and the kitchen manager was very friendly and outgoing. Value for money is usually a strong point for Hampton. Bed was comfy. Availability of pool was a hit with kids. Shower was good.

    They cancelled our friends room day of arrival at 1pm. Awful. And likely sold it for more. Wouldn’t help us at all. So we cancelled ours as well. Awful custom service

    It’s very clean and the employees are all very professional and super nice and friendly. The breakfast was great too

    This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We liked it a lot the location is great and the hotel was the best!

    Not sound proof. Only pork options in breakfast. No hot water in the entire building day we were supposed to check out.

    I would not stay here again. Hilton has much better properties. This one needs to be updated.

    The room. The thermometer was cracked and inoperable. There was a wall unit, but the directions were not visible, and it was not easy to operate. The paint was ghastly, a pea soup green. It looked like the 1950's.

    The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Yes, I was there for one night. I will be back in 3 weeks.

    The breakfast was just fantastic!!! It was very healthy. I didn't feel weighed down.

    I left my phone in my room. The tracker says it still in it, but they cannot find it. As I cannot come back, my phone is lost for good. Thanks to housekeepers.

    1. The hotel double charged me ... I'm calling them for a few days and its not handled yet !!! 2. I didn't get packed breakfast (due to early checkout) although it was confirmed (multi times) with the hotel reception to get it in the night before checked out.

    We waiting for rooms to be clean for a hour after 3:00.. and the agent at the desk wasn’t very pleasant.. she kept saying my shift is over we have to wait.. but the ladies coming in after her was wonderful and helpful!!!

    The guy who was taking care of the breakfast area!! Wonderful guy very helpful and he made sure everything was restocked..

    I initially asked for an earlier check in and was given a heads up by Ben that coming at check in time was better. Therefore we made arrangements to come later. We arrived at Hampton Inn & Suites on July 1 around 3:45 pm. Our room was not ready as for several other guests waiting in the lobby. We did not get into our rooms until around 4:30 pm. We were never offered an apology or any type of compensation or a courtesy late check out. Turned out that several of the guest waiting in the lobby was going to the same event. There were not enough towels to accommodate the amount of guests. The sink in rm 322 has a slow drain leaving residue behind.

    bed bugs & dirty shower with hair all over the shower area and floor. dirty grimey floors in the hotel. needed to use the cleaning spray and clean ourselves. manager didn’t resolve anything or offer sympathy.
