Made the booking through Booking.com and it never went through to the hotel. I have heard of this happening often with Booking.com. The hotel was booked, but they made it happen for us. Who is accountable when the hotel can't scrounge up a room?

Wonderful breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Really nice, clean rooms. I don't normally sleep well in hotels, but I slept like a baby here.

A little weird bathroom, the washstand was located in the room, separated from the actual bathroom.

The pool was a bit on the cold side, although still enjoyable. The only real downside was that our room had some kind of rattling noise that seemed to be coming from inside the wall. We were on the top floor so it wasn’t people above us, more like a mechanical sound. It wasn’t that noticeable during the day but at night when it was quiet it made it hard to sleep.

The breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly, and the location was good with a vehicle, although maybe not great for someone who planned on walking everywhere.

We were able to move to a quieter room. It sounded like children were running and jumping in the room above us. We were moved to a room down the hall which was much better!!!

We have stayed at the Hampton Inn before and did not have to pay for parking. Could have more varieties on the hot items for breakfast.

The room was somewhat dusty. The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. Usually in WA hotels offer free parking, that was $15 here.. A hot tub would be great as the poo is pretty cold.

Check in and out was a breeze with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.

The staff person who checked us in was not friendly or helpful. Breakfast disappointing. Overripe bananas. Fruit salad would be a good addition.

I, personally, wasn't a friend of the ruffly top of the duvet cover, it just didn't work for my sensitive skin. I also did find the pillow a little too flat for me to sleep on, but that's more of a personal preference.

The Room was a great size for 2 people. The bathroom and room seemed clean. The breakfast that was included was great. I wasn't expecting hot options.

I wish we would've been told at check in that we had to ask for our room to be cleaned during the day. Was not aware of that until later on in the stay.

The outlets in the lamps on the nightstand didn’t charge my phone, so I woke up with an uncharged phone in the morning.

The check in and check out process needs to be updated. I’ve never stayed somewhere where it took over 20min to check in because they have to physically go look at each room and do whatever they’re doing on the computer. We were in a rush to get ready for an event which made us have less time. Checking out also took too long for no reason.

Hotel was convenient and the rooms were good.

Sofa beds were not comfortable. Not much choice for breakfast. The standard waffle/mini ones are always great. I would of put sausage gravy in the huge oatmeal vat and that would of been ate up fast.

We had 2 suite rooms for 5 adults (1 was 6 m pregnant) 2 kids. Hot water lasted more then 5 min. Which was nice after spending 6 hrs walking around at the zoo. Beds were great. Pool area nice and clean. Breakfasts were ok. Shopping across the street to gather food etc so we didn't have to eat out.
