4 day stay - room not cleaned everyday. Was told when leaving that on multi night stay, room only cleaned every other day unless requested. Should have been advised when checking in. Needs a bit of updating.

The pool wasn’t clean enough when it was time to swim. I also had an incident with the people next door playing their music too loud but that’s something to expect on New Year’s Eve!

The staff were friendly. It was close to restaurants and gas stations. I also liked how it wasn’t too expensive. Very clean hotel room.

Our room did smell like cigarettes the entire stay. Also, the breakfast was out of things both mornings, even when it wasn't very busy: like coffee, fruit, water. Also, the staff didn't seem to be around very much to ask for help.

Front desk staff were great. The person manning the morning breakfast. Walked in at 9:59 and was told breakfast ended at 10:00 and we could not grab and go. sad, as the Food was still out and we were not asking for her to go find things. But she a schedule to keep and a Manager watching her and we need to leave so she can clean up. Sad for a Sunday morning. She needs to get some proper training on dealing with people.

It’s a HAMPTON INN. It was close to highway, when we needed to stop for the day.

I was disappointed that the room didn’t have a microwave. The breakfast could’ve been better.

No drawers for clothes in the room, no night stand drawers. Maybe another set up elevators would be more convenient. The breakfast was not hot enough and not fresh to our taste. Would have preferred bacon or sausage gravy and biscuit.

There was no safe in the room. When I checked in, nobody was at the desk. I waited almost 15 mins before someone showed up. This is not the fault of the staff - it is the fault of the management to not have enough people working there.

Breakfast was great! Alot of variety. Hotel was super close to highway. Mike at the front desk who works 3rd shift was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Very much appreciated his great customer service. The free water at check-in was a nice touch!

Water in the shower took about 35 to 40 minutes to drain.

Breakfast was good. It included pastry, cereal (hot & cold), yogurt, eggs, French toast sticks, juice, coffee, etc. Smoked sausage pieces were interesting.

The pool was inside but cold, not very enjoyable. We were in room 307, the heater/AC was loud, you could hear water running when drawn from rooms next door.

It was easy access, restaurants were plenty and you could walk to them, gas was close. Breakfast was good, plenty was offered, it was clean and well taken care of.

Charged for 2 nights, only gave me room for one. Had to stop for emergency and tried to check in very early next day, they rented the room. Did not honor my request for 1st floor handicap room. Room was on 2nd floor

Friendly quick service at the front desk. Inviting lobby area with tea and coffee available. First impression of our room was that it smelled so clean and it was clean. Comfortable beds. Shower head had a strong steady flow. Would definitely stay again. 😊

This particular Hampton Inn did not live up to my expectations of a Hampton Inn - I have been staying at HI for 20+ years. The hotel was outdated. There was no hot water initially - you had to run the water for 10 minutes. The breakfast was mediocre at best - nothing like my past experience has been with breakfasts at HI. I stayed for 5 minutes and could not get my room cleaned. I tried to get clean towels one day from the housekeeper and she told me she didn't have any extra towels. The mattresses on the bed were old and saggy.

Staff very friendly and tried to be accommodating, given some of the issues we had and their limitations.
