You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIf you have any sensitivity to smell at all, the smell in the lobby is overbearing. My husband almost made us cancel and leave. It’s a very strong perfumey smell that is unnecessary. The smell was only in the lobby but you can actually smell it before even entering the building. The room was incredibly small but was clean and for what we were there for and time needed it was fine . If you were spending much time in the room, this would not be an ideal place. TV was way too small.... like 32”
We never saw any breakfast. It said they had a continental breakfast but all we saw was a coffee machine with an option to make tea ? The hotel was conveniently located.

United States*It's a little hard to find from Parkway (440). *The bathroom was a bit small and confining, especially when using the toilet. My left breast was rubbing against the toilet paper when I used the toilet. * The mattress was hard, but I didn't have that much of a problem sleeping on it. *The Hotel is not in a convenient location if you want to go to attractions, shows, or restaurants. *The Hotel is more for a one or two-night stay or a weekend, not a 4 day, 3 night stay, like I had.
I was there from 8/8 to 8/11. The same lady was at the front desk everytime I entered and exited the hotel, day or night. IT was a coincidence, I am sure, because I joked with her and asked if she worked there 24-7, and she laughed and said, "No." Regardless, she was so nice and helpful. Room was very clean. Housecleaning was great and gave me clean towels each night I was there. Made my bed, and also emptied my garbage basket. Maintainance fixed a leaking toilet. Close to a McDonald's. I was in Pigeon Forge for a Titanic COnference and was at Guest Inn, because it was way less expensive than the hotel the Conference was at.. I got good service for the price I paid for the few days I attended. Thank you., Guest Inn and Booking.com.
