The vibe of the place is very similar to a comfortable woodsy mountain ski resort with massive stone fireplaces, or like a classic lodge at a national park. Golfers will like proximity to golf course next door.

IrelandFirstly, nothing will turn me off returning here it's a gorgeous hotel. Just know the bar closes at 9 quiet early if you want to have a few drinks and enjoy the fire pits. Also I hate to say but I would have my meals especially breakfast outside or the hotel so many nicer places in whitefish better value also. But definitely recommend to stay here.
This hotel is amazing so cute and comfy all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfy and the shuttle any time you want into whitefish town centre is brilliant at night time even though its not a far walk its great to have a lift in and out whenever you like.

United StatesThe elevator broke down but we were given a coupon for breakfast the next morning to make up for it, so that was very appreciated and worth the walking up and down the stairs. There werent any microwaves in the rooms, so that was unfortunate because it would have been nice to work up the leftovers we had. Lastly the fridge in our room wasnt staying cold.
Everything was perfect! We had a great time, and the kids had a great time! Rooms were very comfortable, the beds are to die for. The staff was wonderful and friendly and those housekeepers were amazing keeping our room fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay we really appreciate all of you.

Perfect experience. Beautiful lodge, free shuttle to town, large open rooms with comfortable beds and a high pressure shower. Indoor pool, sauna, and outdoor jacuzzi. I will never stay anywhere else when in the area. 45 minutes from glacier, no pet fee, delicious restaurant in hotel. Exceptional service from staff. One of the best hotel experiences of my life. Highly recommend!

United StatesDuring the check-in process, we made an upfront payment. However, the following morning, we discovered receipts that had been placed under our doors. These receipts indicated that we owed an additional $12 fee. This charge should have been brought to our attention at the time of check-in. Additionally, we observed that the facilities were in need of renovation.
The accommodations provided satisfactory comfort, and the dining establishment offered a commendable culinary experience.
