Prices were very high, dining and food options were limited. After 5 pm no pool side dining or locations for people to gather for informal meals. Cost for everything....

Extremely family friendly, fun pool: slide, lazy river, walking trails, ocean

Breakfast was not good. They charge $52 per person ( Four Seasons hotel Pricing) but the food quality was not there and should be priced closer to $34 to be fair. Charging a family of four $200 every day for breakfast is a crime. We needed up going elsewhere even though on vacation you’d much rather stay at the hotel. Also having to carry your own umbrellas and beach chairs to the beach was crazy especially when you’re paying close to $1k a night for your stay. They should at least have the recreation desk set close to the beach. You have to walk to the center of pool area, talk to a grumpy lady who literally acted like she could care less about anyone there and awkwardly ask for chairs and your sun umbrella then carry it in the heat with your towels and waters ten min and set up your own umbrella in the sand. That seems like something the resort could do better for people and would improve the experience.

The property is in a beautiful location. Lots of space and you never feel crowded by people. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the ocean view rooms. We would definitely return.

Food could be improved, we ate at every restaurant and although the food is good, it could be much better.

The only mark against this place for me was the gym. It was still an above average gym for a hotel / resort, but considering the cost I think this would an area to work on and improve. The rooms could be slightly more modern for the price, but that's nitpicking.

This was my favorite place to stay during my three weeks in Hawaii. The staff was excellent. The early check in was very much appreciated! The rooms were nice and very clean, although could possibly use an update. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The pool was excellent, and so were the restaurants I visited. I appreciated the separate parking lot for guests that didn't want to pay $50 per day for valet.

Everything in the Resort is fantastic. I enjoyed swimming in the 24-hour learning pool every day. I loved all the hospitality and service from the hotel, especially 'Learning Hawaiian language'. I had a 30 minute Hawaiian language class with my partner. I learned how to read them and the beauty of the language, which was super helpful to understand Hawai'i for the rest of the trip. I highly recommend their Pad Thai at TidePool, one of the hotel restaurants, which was the best one in my life, better than anything I had in Thailand. Also the Hyatt made it possible for a friend to pay for our stay in advance as a wedding gift, unlike for example the Marriott hotel in Honolulu, which was completely rude and unhelpful about this.
