It was noisy, we had a room next to the pool and because it doesn’t close until 10pm after dark, we were disturbed by a lot of very inconsiderate people.

The pool was okay but full of dead flies, it was close to the centre.

The bed was pretty hard and the room is dated, but it was a good deal for the money. You can't go in and get just coffee in the morning because the whole room is locked until breakfast time officially starts.

The location was great. This is a good, old-fashioned motel where, if you are on the first floor, you can park right in front of your room. Breakfast is available and you can eat outside if that is your thing.

Hair dryer not working. Gave it to reception for replacement. New one never came. Breakfast area was so small that all guests needed to wait standing up for ten minutes till available table. Breakfast options were minimal, the least we found in 9 different U.S. hotels during our trip.

Simple small room, nothing to remember. Reception gave us the room thirty minutes earlier so that was good.

The motel is rather old and worn down. Don’t expect anything fancy besides that it’s a safe and quiet place to spend the night.

Great location and an hour away from the Grand Canyon. It was a nice hub for one night. The receptionist was friendly too. The beds and pillows were comfy! Appreciated the simple complimentary breakfast as well.

Ac in our room was lined up with your face when sleeping. Old carpet,cracked shower wall,ants. Time for some upgrades

For breakfast I would expect a little more than just a piece of white bread and a cereal. At least eggs or fruit can be added for people needed healthier choices.

- Breakfast options offered in reception are very limited to toast bread with jam, cereals, hot beverages only. For guests preferring more diverse and rich food, there are plenty of restaurants available in the town - Jaccuzzi and swimming pool are available at this place, however they did not look clean and encouraging enough to use them - Bed cushions were very uncomfortable

+ Localisation is the greatest plus of this lodging option, only an hour drive to Great Canyon and the Williams town itself is simply amazing + Rooms are the same as in pictures, including everything needed to rest before another day of sightseeing or hiking + Large, free parking available next to rooms

I was charged a "Pet Fee " for each pet ( 3 very small dogs ). Non refundable of $25 each dog, per night. Also, no microwave.

It was convenient to everything.. Food, downtown Williams, to the Grand Canyon ( right up the road about 45 mins) and easy on and off the freeway The room was a nice size, and clean..

We had limited abilities asked for a first floor room none were available. Then we asked if someone could carry our bags up the stairs. The young man smiled and said no. In my opinion that strapping young man could have offered to do it and he would have received a handsome tip. Hospitality!

Good location to explore the Grand Canyon and few restaurants in walking distance , easy parking outside of unit .Williams was a nice little town , Safeway grocery store was good for any supplies you needed, but not in walking distance.

It took a while for the person at the front desk to come when we first got there. The breakfast was extremely basic and staff was nowhere to be found during breakfast when almost everything ran out.

Beds were very comfortable and it was right across the street from some good restaurants.
