The kitchen stove was the only issue . Could not tell if the gas was on or off . Had to keep getting up at night to check on it .knobs you could not read and could not see how hot oven was, so we did not use it .

We had an issue with a broken lightswitch and hence we could not turn off the light in our bedroom. As we discovered it only around 11pm there was no-one at site that would help us. The place would really benefit from 24 hour reception. Moreover it is quite expensive for the amount of comfort you get.

Definitely a cool experience to sleep in a camper, for someone who is not used to this kind of accomondation. There was everything you need inside - towels, cutlery, blankets etc. Close and easy access to the Grand Canyon.

The shower in the RV only provides five minutes of hot water, then it turns cold. I’m not sure if this is normal for RVs, since this is my first time staying in one. Ideally, it would be nicer to have more hot water. But the facility does offer Showers near the office, which have hot water, so I was grateful for this option.

What I didn’t like about the property was that they did not disclose a few things before we booked. One thing that I did not like was that you could not use your hair blower in the trailer and you had to use their shower house to take a shower. It was called glamping, but to me it felt more like basic camping. Also, you are right near a truckstop and there is a lot of noise.

What I liked about the property was that it was the closest town to the Grand Canyon and the price was reasonable.

The bed was very uncomfortable and it didn’t seem very clean. There was a stain on the bedspread that made it feel unclean. The mini blinds were all bent and had dirt built up on them.

After 10 PM, there’s no hot water in the bathroom, so you have to drive elsewhere to shower.

The availability of many pots, pans, and dishes for cooking here is really pleasing.

The couch had never been cleaned. The amount of debris in between the cushions was enough to make me not want to sit on it. The cushions at the dining room table were stained and very discolored. The RV’s carpet is in desperate need of replacement or a very deep carpet cleaning. It was crunchy to walk on.

Great location, good sized travel trailer with plenty of hot water and a full sized refrigerator. The beds were really comfortable and the linens smelled great! The RV had a lot of wear and tear.

It was located between two truck stops. One of the beds was very comfortable we changed for the second night and it was better. The hot water never got hot for showering

A bunch of the outlets in the camper didn’t work, the blankets were scratchy, some of the lights didn’t work, lots of highway noise at night.

They don’t offer much like ice or ice cube trays in freezer. No toaster. Beds were extremely high. Wood to buy was very expensive.. sell for less and sell more.

The only thing we had to deal with was the temperature at night. It was really cold and we were not completely prepared for the low temperatures at night. Thanks to the staff, we got more blankets to keep us warm enough :)

The property was awesome. We fell in love with this camper. We had a lot of space and all, what we need for a nice stay at Williams. The stuff was really friendly and polite and helpful.

Staff could have been more welcoming on arrival and we were given an RV without a working awning at first (and the staff were aware of this) , however the staff changed us to a better RV on request

Enough room for 2 couples with bedrooms at opposite end of the RV and a 2nd WC which was great. Hot in the day but very cold at night so we had to ask for extra blankets. Good location near the town but next to a truck stop so ear plugs needed for light sleepers. A great option if you are looking for value accommodation within reach of the Grand Canyon.

Great place to stay while doing R66 on a motorcycle, I stopped 2 nights so was able to get washing done and visit the Grand Canyon by train from Williams. The RV is great, comfortable bedrooms and good shower (for an RV). Was quiet at night and a shortish walk to the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. My motorcycle was left on site safe while I visited the Grand Canyon and also overnight.

No smoking on property except behind the office at the front of the property. I knew the units were no smoking, but outside. I was looking forward to a no stress stay. I could have booked a regular room if I wanted those restrictions. It's outdoors people, fine for trash not smoking. Front desk simply quoted policies and how strict they are. Put us smokers in a separate area in the back.

It was a great idea. Nice to camp without hauling everything with you.
