The room itself just wasn't what I felt comfortable in. Some people like the nostalgic experience but it just wasn't what I enjoyed.

The grounds and overall facility was beautiful, amazing and the personnel were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay and would recommend to others. Thanks

The mattresses on the beds need to be replaced. Had a double queen room and both mattresses sank into the middle

Love the historic lodge and the dining options available. Love the programs provided for guests onsite. Beautiful grounds and convenient to Glacier entrance.

The staff serving breakfast wasn’t very pleasant. Was surprised at that too. A bit rude when ordering breakfast muffins, was told abruptly to read the signs even though there was none. There was no fridge in the rooms either. There is not room service available without ordering, but was clear if that would be extra cost or not. For the price per night you’d expect both.

Building and property is amazing. Love the history of the premises.

This was a learning experience for me. We stayed in several different hotels on this trip. We were on the 3rd floor, and I wasn't thinking with no elevators. Being older with heart health issues I was winded by the time getting to the room. We were there during the extreme heat and it was a warm. I understand with the historic lodge and rare heat occurrence, there is no need for AC.

Love the large porch and flowers. The lobby was fabulous. Added a few pieces to the puzzle.

Our room was sparse, which made the price seem exorbitant. We passed an open door a few rooms down the hall and saw that it had been beautifully renovated, which made us feel even more disappointed.

Beautiful setting and the lodge itself is jaw dropping. Our dinner in the lounge was exceptional.

The room was not comfortable. The bed makes some noise when a person gets in the bed and moves around in bed. The bathroom seems outdated. The shower and sink were tiny. The fan is also freaking loud. There isn't an elevator. Some of the old stairs are steep. I think those with mobility issues should avoid this place.

Very cool hotel with a lot of history and services. There are a restaurant and a cafe. The gift shop was cool and helpful. The free breakfast was also good.

I totally understand why there is not one, but an elevator would be nice. HOWEVER, it did seem to “force us to spend more time out of our room.”

Rooms were definitely sub standard this is under stable as the lodge was build over 100 rears ago. However the rooms were very noisy one could follow the conversations of the neighbor, the furniture was old and uncomfortable, restaurants expensive.

The lodge was beautiful with a lot of history .The views are spectacular

The heatwave but that isn't the lodge's fault :D

This was our 4th trip to Glacier National Park. We have always enjoyed staying at Glacier Park Lodge. It is so beautiful and well kept. It is large enough to get away from the crowds too! Our meals were excellent as well.

The rooms are plain and don’t match the beauty for the exterior of the lodge. There was one incident where a young man working as the hostess who seated my wife and I for breakfast around 7:00 am on 7/15 that appeared to be very sick or hungover. Everyone else from check-in to checkout were very hospitable.

The views were amazing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The Red Bus picks up at the resort. Great plus to seeing the glaciers.
