I did not like how small the bathroom was and that supplies were not restocked and trash not emptied.

The building was well kept and decorated for its time. The free parking and private lot was very nice. The staff were pleasant enough.

The hotel needs a redo. It looks like it has not been upgraded since the 70's. The room had a faint odor of cigarette smoke.

The breakfast was outstanding. One of the best of our trip. They had fresh fruit, and a variety of entries, a great selection of breakfast items. I especially enjoyed the cheese grits.

    Can't recall anything that I didn't enjoy.

I loved the historical memorabilia on the walls of famous people who stayed at the Genetti. The original mailbox and letter drop feature was neat to see. Entering and having "Jeeves" greet you was absolutely incredible. I managed to get a room near the "haunted" ones by chance, so that was thrilling. No ghost sightings or paranormal activity, luckily. Even the welcome letter was the most heartfelt and kindest thing to read after a long day traveling. The authentic and antique furniture and hardware in the room felt maintained and authentic. Best bacon I've ever had at breakfast too Very! Very cozy hotel room.

A bit worn in some of the rooms; furnishings are old but serviceable; needs more accessibility in the “accessible “ rooms.

Historic property with many unique features. Breakfast buffet is exceptional. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

In our room, the shower was at a very low height. At 5'4" I barely managed to get under it. For my 6' 2" son, it was impossible. If needed, he could have used the tub. Not sure if that was and issue in other rooms. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Loved the location, friendly staff and hotel atmosphere. Parking was a breeze. Enjoyed the Friday night band, and sitting outside to listen. Breakfast had a wide variety, was very tasty and I appreciate the real dishes (rather than disposable). The note on the pillow was unique and brilliant. It was a very comfortable layover midway through our travels.

It was a bit dated. Clearly a hotel with a lot of history.

Location was great. Williamsport is a quaint little town. We really enjoyed going to Pine Street, a small street/square with great little restaurants. Good breakfast. Pool looked nice, but we didn’t go in.

It was noisy. There were teenagers or a family in the room next to ours and they were loud. Also, live music from a club at street level was annoying.

Breakfast was good, as was the shower. Plenty of nice towles.

It needs some TLC. Overpriced for the condition and overcrowded room. Shower/tub no bars to hang a wash cloth. No shelves in the shower to put your things. Roll up shade on window with no way to pull it down. You would have had to have a tall ladder. Entered on far end and had to walk through the entire place to get to the lobby.

It was clean. The hot breakfast was good.

Slow internet, TV didn’t get major networks, sink faucet had low water volume and spout against the sink rim. Appreciate historic structures, expect some wear, but carpets in several public areas looked dirty , had stains. No hooks in bathroom for clothes.

Friendly staff, breakfast buffet better than most hotels, comfortable bed, quiet, overall clean room.
