We had to pay for parking, which was the only hotel to charge on our 8 night road trip. However, with it being close to downtown we were able to walk and avoid paying for parking when we went out to eat or to sightsee - so overall it probably would have cost us the same.

The location was really good. We were able to walk a few blocks to get to attactions in the historic downtown area. The rooms were clean. They had a nice clean and attractive property.

Nothing really. This is a bit awkward, but the only thing I ‘d suggest is including a toilet brush in the bathroom.

It was a very comfortable motel in a great location. The staff were all very helpful and informative. And it offered good value for money.

Lady with black hair at front desk was not nice. She was actually quite rude. Your restaurant for breakfast was a big miss. My daughter and son-in-law went to get breakfast there and we shocked that it was Chinese food. They were too shy to tell them no thank you.

My daughter and son-in-law had breakfast at the restaurant not knowing it was Chinese food. It was not appetizing at all and they thought I would be more of a breakfast menu. Very disappointing. Also, there was a lady at the front desk that was not friendly at all, and we checked in, even though we tried to be friendly with her. Rethink her as a front desk Representation of your hotel

It would be nice to have chairs so you could sit outside your room to relax. I hate sitting on beds in a hotel room and often look for a nice place to drink my coffee in the morning or to have my cocktail at night.

Clean, bed was very comfortable, great location for plaza, loved the Keurig coffee maker in room...usually the in room coffee is undrinkable.

Lots of lights on top of building needed to be repaired. Adult daughter didn’t like barn door on bathroom since sharing with dad and stepmom.

Easy location to downtown and parking was allowed to 3pm on check out day

The “grab and go” breakfast although better than nothing, wasn’t much.

Daniel, evening desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The morning desk clerk could learn lessons from him - zero personality, couldn’t even muster a “good morning.”

The shower, sink, and toilet were all in the same room, rather than having the sink outside of the shower/toilet area. This meant that everyone had to single thread through the facilities, rather than other hotels where 1 person could be showering while another person could shave or wash their face.

Hotel was close to the square - within walking distance. The room was surprisingly quiet - don't know if this was due to the location or if it is just a quiet town - no racing cars or parties in the parking lot. We were looking for inexpensive accommodations within walking distance of the Governor's palace and this hotel fit the bill.

very convenient location - 5 minute walk to the historic plaza and presidential palace and other sights in the old town. Just parked the car at the hotel and left it there for our whole visit. $10 per day for car parking was reasonable. room was comfortable and spacious.
