Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThey started cleaning up breakfast early. If breakfast is available until 10 it should be available until 10. They started picking things up at like 9:20. The food was good. I just wish we had longer to enjoy it.

United StatesShower did have some mold in corners. Needed to order more towels since it was two of us. Breakfast could be of better quality. It was a bit of a surprise to learn that they did not offer housekeeping on a regular basis. Would have been nice to have a box of tissue in the bathroom. No sugar or cream for the coffee in the room. Better instructions for TV.
The size of the room was a nice surprise. There was an issue with the shower but it was repaired the next day. The furnishings was very nice and really enjoyed the back porch area in the room. Breakfasts was adequate - could use some improvement with menu and food quality.

Not splitting up feedback, just copying it into other box.

There’s a nice reading room on the first floor. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. It’s definitely easy access to the park if that’s what you’re staying for.

United StatesIt wasn't a big deal for us, but there wasn't housekeeping daily. The gentleman that checked us in forewarned us. He provided us with extra towels right away.
The rooms were very spacious. I loved how quiet it was! I didn't hear other guests walking in the hall or noise from other rooms. The shower had excellent pressure and hot water. We loved the heater that you could turn on in the bathroom as well. Very clean rooms.
