It wasn't a problem for us, but note that this is not a "quiet" location - we could barely hear the TV during "hot tub" hours, and both days had unsupervised little ones racing through the halls in ski boots shrieking... All happy noises and had nothing to do with the unit itself. The unit and property are lovely - just not quiet, if that is what you are looking for.

I never received an email regarding the registration process. We had to go across the street to the hotel to register it took us about two hours to realize that because I never received the initial email it made it very frustrating process.

The property was OK we stayed in one of the older buildings, so not everything was functioning the pool ensign aware closed because of repairs

they didn’t actually have a service to watch our stuff after we checked out. having taken the train up we didn’t have a vehicle to put our belongings in. we just had to abandon our stuff in their lobby and hope

The room was much too hot and uncontollable at thermostat. Too hot to sleep. Thr stove burners were not flat to cook on. Light bulbs out- I expect to have things maintained and working and be comfortable. This is my vacation.

The bed supports are toe busters. The support for the bed stick out past the corners of the mattress making it too easy to stub you toes.

The check in process was frustrating as hell. There was no instructions on going to the building across the street and the remote check in did not work . The restaurants in the village had .minimal hours and no delivery service from town made it difficult for food

the fireplace did not work. the hot tub did not work in our building and we had to walk to another building to use the hot tub. no window screens on the windows. really hard to find local information out. we are from out of state, and wanted to do some hiking i asked a few people for trail head maps or directions but it was like something no one had ever heard of, kinda strange beings this place is in the mountains.

Getting in and out of the parking garage was a challenge, with a short time limit on putting in the long code. We struggled to figure it out and get fast enough, and saw some other cars having the same issue. A bit more time allowed to enter the code would be helpful. It was nice to have the car off the street.

Close to the gondola!!! Just a short walk. We received a quick response when the desk was contacted about any issue. (Our television was completely unhooked, and a tangle of wires. 20 minutes after we called a maintenance person came and fixed it for us.) The kitchen was well stocked with common cooking equipment / dishes etc. Our room was tastefully and comfortably decorated and appeared to be recently remodeled. There is a ski locker available on the first floor which was convenient after a day of skiing. No lugging to and from the room and in the elevator. Lastly, we were walking distance to the base village which was convenient for groceries, shopping and restaurants.
